Hotel 4 bintang Charlotte yang Popular

We absolutely LOVE this hotel!! The views are unbeatable, the location couldn’t be better, staff is kind, the list goes on. We checked in really late (honestly 4am Wednesday when we were supposed to be there the night before, but no one seemed annoyed and the staff was WONDERFUL.) I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. I included a picture from the bed of the sunrise!!

Hotel yang sangat bersih, ruang gergasi di dalam bilik. Hotel ini adalah bangunan yang sangat tinggi yang terletak di lokasi pilihan di kawasan pusat bandar Charlotte. Perkhidmatan hotel adalah sangat inklusif, anda mendapat apa sahaja yang anda perlukan dengan segera.

This was such a great experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here when I am back in the area again.

Pergi ke sini untuk hari jadi saya yang ke-40 bersama rakan-rakan. Tempat letak kereta & jalan hotel sedang dalam pembinaan tetapi di dalam hotel bagus. Kami mempunyai masalah dengan bilik kami tetapi segera mereka menukar bilik saya tanpa masalah. Hotel ini mempunyai ruang istirahat atas bumbung yang bagus. Ia juga mempunyai restoran & bar lain di dalamnya. Kami menikmati masa kami di sana & hampir tidak meninggalkan hotel kerana banyak yang perlu dilakukan di hotel. Ia berbaloi untuk menginap.

Perkhidmatan ini sangat mengagumkan. Mereka menyimpan kek sejuk di dalam peti sejuk untuk saya, mengambil segala-galanya di tingkat atas untuk saya semasa saya meletak kereta dan juga menemui barang yang saya tinggalkan ketika kami terbang keluar pada jam 4 pagi keesokan harinya! Mereka memegang barang itu sehingga ibu saya datang untuk mendapatkannya dan saya sangat gembira betapa jujurnya kakitangan saya sangat gembira dengan semua orang, mereka hebat di sini!!

My stay at the hotel was very comfortable but I was surprised to find that the hotel does not offer a complimentary bottle of water which I think is a must for a traveler coming from far off places. I have to go outside searching for a water bottle.

Upon arrival, you are greeted by the Valet. They are very friendly. The hotel was clean. The problems: It lacked an elegant/inviting smell that fresh flowers/plants bring or even a spray, anything to take away the stale city air smell. The checkin process took longer than I thought it should. We were assigned a room that smelled moldy/”weed”, shower did not work well. We switched rooms to a new room the next morning. The new room had a few issues: the toilet would not flush properly, all the drains were slow to drain. Maintenance did come to fix 2 of the problems, the 3rd was going to need more time which I felt could be done after we left. The billing system needs to be updated; we preordered hotel credit and parking but when we got the bill it was incorrect. I had to talk to the front desk to get it fixed. He was nice about it- but it was my vacation time wasted as I had already spent time doing it. Seeing your bill online and checking the emails is inconvenient. Why not be able to access it on the TV. The hotel was quick to respond on towel request and bringing food orders. The pool is refreshing! (not heated) it was a great way to cool down. The pool area is nice with games, clean, and plenty of towels. The work out facility looked great! The location is good for restaurants. The breakfast spots are delicious. One sidewalk around the hotel is flithy, smelly and have many people milling about. It did not feel safe to walk alone. The city itself has trash everywhere.

Marilyn always takes care of me when I’m at this hotel. She is amazing and Marriott should know how she goes above and beyond for guest. She like the Mother you need after a long travel- always attending to your needs. Weather it’s food, drinks or a quick checkin or out she makes it happen. The hotel is always quiet and safe. I always make it part of my travel plans when in the Charlotte Southpark area.

Terdapat gulungan kertas tandas separuh terpakai dan tiada gulungan tambahan tersedia di bilik mandi. Sabun tangan juga tidak disediakan.
