Hotel berhampiran UNC Charlotte Botanical Gardens, Charlotte

The hotel was nice, and quiet, didn't hear doors slamming throughout the night like most hotels. Was told it was only 4 blocks from the convention center. Was actually like 10 blocks. Parking was a little over priced at $45. The valet never sent call links and it took 25-30 min to get our truck sometimes then they expected a tip as those links didn't seem to have any trouble getting through to my phone. Parking/valet would prob be my least favorite about the hotel. Breakfast was spot on! The staff were incredible in the breakfast area. Especially one lady I wish I had her name. My sone was getting over a chest cold and she made him a Honey Lemon Tea.

First off, it was completely not listed with IHG as being under construction. The lobby is closed, and there is no common area in the lobby, minus the restaurant, which does not open until 5pm. Front desk and staff are extremely kind. That’s the whole reason for the 2 stars. In terms of room - I’m currently sitting here trying to find us a different hotel to move to. First off, we have Platinum Elite status with IHG. I completely understand upgrades are subject to availability, and the hotel is busy this weekend. However, I would have expected to be put into a room that wouldn’t typically go to a Priceline customer. Our view is all of the mechanical roof. But, I have a hard time complaining too much about it, as the windows are so dirty, you can barely see the air ducts and other roof equipment. Out of the faucet, room temperature is the only option. Cold and hot don’t work. I needed a little warm water, so used the Keurig to heat some up and - 🤢. Just gross and dirty. The floor and beds appear clean, but overall, the room is drab and disappointing. Given how filthy some parts are though, we certainly won’t be going barefoot here. Had stayed here years ago for a wedding and it was fine. If I’d known it was being renovated, I would have certainly picked somewhere else. My suggestion - pick a different hotel for your visit to Charlotte! We’re flying down for 3 more games this season, and will definitely be staying elsewhere!

This was such a great experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here when I am back in the area again.

I had an early flight out of the CLT airport and realized it would be wise to stay overnight at a hotel in Charlotte. The Western Sterling Hotel and Suites has an airport shuttle so it was a perfect choice. The hotel is reasonably priced, has locked outer doors in the evening so it is sale. There are restaurants nearby some even within walking distance. I left a valuable item at the hotel. Staff called my home to inform me that they had the item and when I couldn't immediately return the manager was kind enough to mail the item. I was extremely happy with my stay and strongly recommend this as a good hotel option.

Kakitangan Hotel Bagus Hebat

Checked into the hotel has started off with bad front desk service right off the bat. Then when we got to the room our key card did not work, had to go back down to get it reloaded. Was told if you get it close to your cell phone it will deactivate. (One lady said she had to go down 3 times). The. We got into the room and it smelled like straight mold. Just a overall bad experience at this hotel. Will not stay here ever again. Coffee was good though

Penginapan 5 hari/4 malam. Kakitangan adalah SUPER baik dan membantu!!! Sebelum masuk ke dalam bilik, anda perhatikan bagaimana selepas kakitangan membersihkan dan membersihkan bilik, bilik itu kemudiannya dimeterai untuk dilarang masuk. Saya fikir ini hebat. Disebabkan oleh COVID yang masih pesat, kami gembira melihat mereka mengambil langkah berjaga-jaga TAMBAHAN untuk memastikan Kebersihan bilik dan hakikat bahawa tiada sesiapa yang dapat memasuki bilik selepas dibersihkan. Jadi anda dijamin bilik yang bersih dan bersih tanpa sebarang pertanyaan! Lokasinya bagus/mudah. Anda berada di kawasan perniagaan tetapi agak tertekan di bahagian kediaman. Super tenang dan damai. Kawasan yang bagus untuk berjalan/berlari. Mengapa 4 bintang jika begitu hebat? Nah, mesin ais berada di tingkat satu dan saya terletak di tingkat 4. Tambahan pula sarapan paginya tidak begitu hebat. Tiada banyak pilihan dan masa Sarapan dihidangkan (boleh bertahan sekurang-kurangnya sehingga 10 pagi). Tetapi secara keseluruhan saya pasti akan tinggal lagi, saya hanya akan membawa sarapan saya sendiri dan baldi ais. Selesai masalah 😌 hihi
