Nous y avons séjourné 2 nuits, de passage au futuroscope. Côté hôtel, rien à dire… le standing d’un Novotel… avec en plus la piscine très agréable par forte chaleur… Bémol, le restaurant. Pas á la hauteur d un Novotel. Personnel très (trop) jeune… un peu maladroit…. Étourdit ???? Formule trop cher pour ce qui est proposé. 28€ !!! Pour un “buffet d entree” tres moyen, un burguer décevant; par contre buffet désert ok. A noté que le petit dej est EXTRA !!! Avec du personnel encadrant qui gère !!! ( ce qui est moins le cas le soir )

Enfin une chambre PMR bien équipée : circulation aisée, WC surélevé, barre d'appui dans la douche sans marche, patère et lit à hauteur du fauteuil roulant,.. bref zéro faute niveau équipement ou accès. Personnel très dévoué et sympathique. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Le tout pour un prix très modeste: 50€ la nuit. La preuve que les PMR ne coûtent pas plus cher...

Ravie d’avoir choisi le mercure ! Nous avons été bien reçus du début à la fin de notre séjour, à commencer par un accueil agréable, en continuant avec un dîner dans le restaurant de l’hôtel avec des serveurs de bons conseils et en terminant par un petit déjeuné de qualité avec une hôtesse aux petits soins. La chambre était propre et spacieuse et je souligne que l’hôtel n’est qu’à 10 min à pied du parc ! Je recommande !

On positive side the hotel provides privilege access to futuroscope parc and visitors get to go in 30 minutes before visitors who don’t stay at the hotel. Room is clean, breakfast is included and acceptable. On the negative side where do I begin.. the bed was horribly uncomfortable and didn’t get sleep for 2 nights. All the noise from outside(other rooms or corridor or outside) was coming in as if there were no walls.. No restaurant for dinner(not practical for the evening you arrive as you can’t go into the park for dinner unless you buy a complement ticket just for the evening)…
