I stayed at The Moana for 2.5 weeks and I couldn't have had a better experience if I tried. The staff was incredible, my room was stunning and bed was more comfortable than the one I have at home! Having to do some remote working the front lounge was the perfect spot to work from! Morning walks for coffee and taking a stroll along the seawall was the perfect way to start my day. Everything in the hotel was so clean! I even took advantage of their free bikes to venture out a little farther and it just added to my amazing stay!

The air conditioner is not cool, even after the staff checked it. There is a microwave and an ice machine. The front desk staff can speak English, Chinese and Korean very fluently. No matter where you are from, you can easily communicate with them. All in all, it’s a comfortable place to stay.

This was my first time to Japan. This room was very clean, the cleaning staff were always on time, very friendly and always asking me if I needed anything else. The desk staff were amazing- always willing to answer my questions, always willing to map something out for me, assist me with the taxis and local information. They are very accommodating to me being English speaking only and my first time there. I was a long term renter- from June 7th to Sept 12th, and they always were friendly, professional and asking me if there was anything they could help me with. The beds are very hard- but this is their culture- their history is full of their people sleeping on bamboo mats on the floors- so it is normal for them to sleep on very hard beds. I found all of the amenities great, have to realize that this is a different culture and different history, but they do have many modern amenities as well. The beach opened up 2 days before I left after extensive repair- sun and beach are worth the stay. The American Village is full of restaurants and shops and is across the street from this wonderful hotel.

Staff is a little hard to find. It was almost nobody staying there while I was there so it’s understandable. Vending machines and microwaves available. Free parking. Location is pretty good. Decent view from the balcony. New towels every day. That’s nice. You have to look around for the electric outlets. Sometimes they’re hidden behind design features. Good value with the go to campaign discount.

This property not linked by Airport Limousine . One needs to take airport limousine to hotel Vessel Campana .With lighter luggae a walk 15 minutes to hotel .Option is to take a taxi 600 yen to the property . Limousine during day time took above 2 hours . Taxi costed Yen 5200.00 and less than an hour . Check in smooth ...most staff helpful except a guy Malay who wan of no help except to help you rent a car ! We were put on floor 2 despite booking sea facing room ours was facing parking lot directly and sea one could eye from corner of the eye ! Next day complaint to the lady brought prompt response and were moved to eight floor with excellent privacy and fantastic views .Thank you . So guys when booking seek higher floor booking .Rooms are excellent with kitchenette and towels can be taken fresh from reception .There is a washing amchine and dryer in the room that makes living pretty easy . There are in morning hours dry brekafast packet given of croissant and Danish with tea or coffee . Toiletries you can refurbish yourself from reception. . American village centre for restaurants bit pricey can be reached by 15-20 minues walk .Nearby are small eateries at sensible prices .Ask rception from right person that is .All in all perfect place to stay at reasonable prices ..There is no beach though it is a waterfront property . Go book it you will not regret it .

Overall nice hotel, good price. Wether you staying 1 day or 1 month perfect! Full of amenities, Free WiFi, washer/dryer TV , A/C rice cooker, water heater for coffee or instant ramen and stove top with dishes include. Great staff, comfy beds , nice shower and has a fold out couch. Also fantastic view of harbor at sunset. Grocery store next door, plenty of fine dinning with in walking distance and fast food like KFC and ramen locations. Perfect for a quick trip or if you in the military waiting on housing with a small family or TDY.

The location of the hotel is close to American Village, free parking and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and nice. We will make the same booking again when revisit Okinawa in coming future.

セルフチェックインが楽で良かったです。部屋の掃除は行き届いていて清潔でした。キッチン、浴槽、冷蔵庫、レンジ、洗濯機、乾燥機全て揃っていて、長期滞在するには申し分ない部屋でした。値段も安く、私は泊まって大正解でしたよ。

This was such a nice place to stay while visiting our son and family on base. The ocean views were amazing and there are several great restaurants close by. The host was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. This has been a wonderful experience for us in Okinawa.
