My stay has been more than disappointing, it is down right unacceptable. Checking in I was met with a very rude woman behind the counter who made very unprofessional comments. I booked through ******* and when I came in they tried to charge me a completely different price. I didn't hold back and I made them charge me the correct amount. Coming to our room was initially nice, but we soon found that the bedsheets were stained, the ac barely cooled the room, for a room of four we only had 2 rolls of toilet paper and one trash bag. This wouldn't be so bad but their room service only comes once every 3 days, if you are lucky. Our room service never came on the day they were supposed to, not even a knock on our door. We had to schedule them the next day and we were told that they would come between a certain time in the morning. We made sure we were not in the room before that time and didn't come back until later in the day. After an exhausting day we came back to a room that had not been touched. We decided to call the front desk using our rooms phone, only to find that it did not work. We had to make our way back down and practically begging for them to come up and clean the room. Once they did come we were met with attitude by the cleaning lady. We thought she did a good job at first, but we found out she never even replaced our shampoo and conditioner, only adding water to it. I wouldn't recommend going to the pool at least in the current condition it is in. When you first walk in you are welcomed to a loud screeching fan that fills and echos into the room. you have to talk quite loudly to even be able to hear over it. That's not the only thing you should avoid in the pool. When we first came the pool was closed but then reopened, we were told it was safe to swim, but that was not the case. All of our hair is fried, our skin dried and irritated, and our bathing suits bleached. I have grown up swimming in chlorine pools and I've never had such a negative chemical reaction such as this. I don't recommend using the stairs as it is very much a fall risk. Multiple stairs are broken and showing bare wood, missing the gripping edges. My disabled friend, when going down to let the front desk know about the cleaning not happening, took a nasty fall. All the front desk did was file a report and not do anything to fix the stairs right away. Also letting the desk know our room phone didn't work they did nothing to rectify that either. Their breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. You get two main choices and the rest is packaged milk and yogurt. Their coffees are never refilled and for the size of the hotel it's just not enough. I was able to get maybe 4 oz of coffee when coming early. I definitely recommend staying away from the turkey sausage. Tasting it I could tell something was off right away and I couldn't even eat it. My poor husband decided to try and he has been up all night and day with a stomach ache. Checking out and bringing some of these
