Bed was not clean. There was hair and food crumbs on the sheets! Front desk clerk was very nice and brought us some sheets. She said that she was the only one at the hotel so she couldn’t send anyone to change the sheets for us so we had to change our own bed!
Around 10pm after we had gone to bed, we started hearing someone running and jumping around in the room above us. We waited patiently for about an hour to see if they would settle down but finally had to call front desk and complain. Desk clerk said she would take care of it and after a few minutes the noise stopped. Didn’t get back to sleep until after midnight.

Bilik hotel bersih dan bersih. Kami menghargai alat kawalan jauh yang telah dibersihkan dalam beg bersih juga. Penyambut tetamu sangat menyenangkan dan memberi kami cadangan makan malam yang hebat. Kami tidak menggunakan kolam renang atau gimnasium tetapi melihat kemudahan yang mereka nilaikan sangat baik untuk kelas hotel.

Read Hotel is a beautiful historic hotel. The lobby is classic and our Manor room was well appointed. We encountered two problems though. The front desk clerk was very short with us at checkin and seemed annoyed to answer our questions about valet parking. But, most importantly, our room was so very noisy at night. The walls are paper thin and we heard every conversation in the neighboring room. Also, the doors in our hallway closed with a loud bang every time a guest closed their door. It was one of the worst nights of sleep we have ever encountered in a hotel. At checkout the clerk did not greet us except to ask if we wanted our receipt printed or emailed. No “How was your stay?” was asked. We chose not to complain to her at checkout as she didn’t seemed concerned about us as guests.

We LOVED this hotel!! The location was perfect! Near the aquarium, rock city, Ruby falls, etc! The valet was super convenient and quick. Every single person that worked at the front desk during our stay was INCREDIBLE. They went above and beyond and we’re very kind & knowledgeable. We also ate at the Brazilian steakhouse, Rodizio and they were great!! All in all this was a perfect place to stay for a perfect trip!!!
Also, they have great coffee downstairs! ☺️

酒店比較老舊，尤其是通鋪地毯有潮味，覺得不幹凈。但它位置很好，停車場大，房間大，服務不錯，早餐也不錯，因為熟悉，我多次住這家。有一次住了旁邊的萬豪酒店，雖豪華但房間小，半夜還報了兩次火警，性價比太低，體驗太差。所以經常住這家。

Very knowledgeable of the area,eventhough our visit was to go to a comedy show we are also looking to move there and the front desk staff helped us out by getting us some great information about the area. We will definitely stay there again.

The property is under major renovations so be prepared for some inconvenience but, the rooms are clean and currently the parking is free. I cannot wait to see to see it completely finished.

JJourney Miles Away 4This hotel was in a wonderful location. We were in walking distance to lots of good eateries, the aquarium and the river walk. The front staff that we encountered were always kind to us and helpful. We booked a double room and it was nothing spectacular about it. Clean but not spotless. It was comfortable enough to enjoy a weekend getaway as a family. I did notice there was some sort of pink stain in the tub and some shed hair…I just cleaned it out before we used it. The WiFi was good, so we were able to do homework and check emails. All in all, not a bad place to stay! The pool area was nice for the kiddos!

EETSingIt is cheap and near to highway but from downtown. This hotel is near to Ruby Falls. Free breakfast provided but the time is too short from 6 to 9am. We didnt manage to try this hotel breakfast. Indoor pool is good the temperature just nice.

PPengguna TetamuHotel was clean. Room was clean. Air conditioning worked great. One light in bathroom was burned out, but no big deal, it was just an overnight stay. Had a full tasty breakfast. Had amenities close by. Logan's steakhouse, China buffet, and Walmart across the street. Cracker Barrell and Waffle House right around the corner. 10 minutes from downtown and other attractions. Friendly staff, would stay again.

NNaNaGs FunkyJunkThe location is a bit out of downtown really and shady. There were a few panhandling & such, just outside the hotel. The room was okay, in need of minor repairs & reclean. Since we were only staying one night & it’s a super busy weekend, we dealt with it. The blackout shade was very cute but don’t expect it to actually work! No bugs or anything. Smells well kept, sanitized and the staff were great. We did not eat the breakfast so I cannot review it. Would possibly stay again, on a less busy & less expensive weekend!!
