Been a week since I sent in a complaint via email, you responded with an SLA of 48 hours but here I am leaving you a review as no response from yourselves.
Issues with my stay:-
1) Room I was given had a smell to it, I couldn't stay in it for a minute - no other rooms were avaliable so had no chice but to take an accessible room.
2) Second room given (the next day) toilet wouldnt stop filling.
3) You posted a letter through the door for parking charge yet didnt bother to check Clubroom includes this, which leads me to my next point -
4) I paid for clubrooms never got given this when changing rooms (I made do).
5) No gluten free sausages nor sliced bread it's 2023 (I have been staying with you for the past 10 weeks) Yet you charge a whopping £12.50 for breakfast per day. Also shortage of bananas?? (I have managed to grab 1 over an 8 nights stay in 4 weeks).
6) Lighting in the room is dreadful (ladies if you are staying over pack a LED mirror) and
7) Towels! They only provide you with 1 bathsheet and 1 hand towel!
8) shower head in my second room was disgusting hadnt been cleaned for months. It had green mould on it.
9) QR code to chat to reception is a joke - they just dont bother acknowledging it.
