The facility is under renovation. The location is right near the airport so nice if your flying and only spending 1 night in Buffalo. The hotel room was a little dirty when I filed a complaint the hotel was great and accommodating with Excellent customer service i recieved from Kevin and Brooke. Getting the money back from trip.com was a whole other experience. Despite my issues I would book again with the hotel but I will not be booking through trip.com every again. Their customer service is horrible and they have no number to call...you have to communicate via their chat or email.

We live almost 2 hours away, and stayed at Sleep Inn & Suites so our family of 4 could get a little extra sleep before an early morning flight out of BUF. We booked a room and parking package, which allowed us to leave our car in the hotel parking lot for an upcharge that amounted to half of what we'd have paid to park it at the airport. Our room (standard, 2 double beds) was not fancy, and the shower was very small, but it was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and everything was in good working order. Best of all, the breakfast offerings were set out early enough for us to have a delicious meal before we left, and our shuttle driver to the airport could not have been more cheerful or helpful. When we returned over a week later, late at night, the shuttle arrived to pick us up at the airport within minutes of our calling. We had such a good experience, we've already booked a stay for the night before our next family vacation!

We called the front desk and Assistant GM Tiffany Melendez(tmelendez@buffalolodging) first told us that the whirlpool will work once it is filled with water. It did not work then we called again, she now tells us that all the jets are non-functional and it is the case in all the Deluxe rooms. We told her that the website does not say that the whirlpool is non functional, this is a clear case of false advertisement. She now told us that all the jet's bathtubs are due for a renovation. We requested her for a refund because they had charged us for the King Bed Deluxe Room with Whirlpool, which we never got. Moreover, the Assistant GM kept telling us new reasons for not having the jets working, when we asked for an email to write to she gave us her own email ID. I would expect some professionalism and empathy from the staff of Hilton.

A great location for our annual shopping getaway. Close to lots of shopping & restaurants. Clean spacious room, friendly staff & great parking. The hotel is next to the mall and restaurants so you can walk to almost everything.

It was quiet even though it was by the airport. It was clean with comfortable beds. Great location. Check in was easy. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was truly on top of their game. Also, I liked how there was lemon water in the lobby and a tv so I could check the weather.

Breakfast buffet is excellent. Don't miss the veggies! Richard,the chef, had a mixture of vegetables that one doesn't normally see at breakfast and they were so well seasoned that I had to get seconds. Went well with the potatoes and crispy bacon. The pillows are very soft too. Overall a great stay.

Rooms are spacious, bed are comfortable and our room was neat. Even it was basic but I still enjoyed the breakfast specially the waffle, egg and chesse sandwich.. My only concern is that one of the reason I picked this place is because its price and offer free shuttle bus from and to airport. We came all the way from Dubai to Buffalo approx 25 hours flight including layover and it will be good to have someone to pick us up as it is our first time in this place.. During the booking, I immediately send them email and follow ups in their customer service online but no reply. On our arrival no shuttle came and we ended up renting uber. I found out during check in that you must call them directly to arrange transportation as they dont communicate through email.. I guess for those coming internationally and do not have local sim yet for lower cost of calls upon aarrival you have to consider this when booking.. Also the receptionist suggested to ask help to the airport concierge to make a call to the hotel.. But of course I appreciate this if during the booking there is a suggestion like this in their website or atleast a proper email reply..

Excellent time at your hotel. The front desk was one of the major things that made a huge impact on us. Dominick was amazing & such a pleasant, helpful, kind, happy & professional associate. He is great asset to have. Victor was a chip off the block being helpful, great attitude & service. Janeen was very nice & wonderful as well. They all made the hotel experience one of a kind & we will be back & send others. The upkeep at the hotel was up to standard as expected at the great Marriot & we thank you for all of it.

Double charged me for my room and when I went back they said call back at 4:30pm when the manager is in. Terrible you guys need to communicate to the hotel you take the money from customers. If I had not have noticed I would have paid double. You better hope I get my money back!

Although we didn’t have time to use the pool it was nice to know it was available. We had an easy check in. The hotel was just across the street from the airport and offered a shuttle, so convenient because our flight came in late due to a delay.
