We had a very comfortable stay in the Leckhampton Suite for 2 nights. From making the initial contact prior to booking, everything has been great and I can highly recommend these apartments. The apartment was presented in a luxurious but welcoming appearance. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the continental breakfast was an added bonus. The bedding and towels were of a very high quality and we had great sleeps. So much so, we didn't want to go home. The town centre is 5 mins walk away and parking is available to the rear of the building. Will definitely stay here again.

The biggest room we ever stayed in. It's a size of a studio apartment. One queen size bed and one double bunkers bed. The toilet is also huge for a hotel room. There's a flat TV set a sofa set. The room is also equipped with a small kitchen, sinky and a small fridge. Plates, glasses and cutlery are provided inside the cabinet. Check in and check out were smooth and easy. Friendly staff. Location is good. There's a nice Indian restaurant within walking distance, the briyani is to die for. Some of the downsides are: 1/ basement parking space is too tight for a normal size car. Big cars would have difficulty to park or even manoeuvre in basement parking area. We're allowed to park at the open back alley, reserved for the hotel customers. 2/ The queen size bed is squeaky. Perhaps the hotel could consider replacing it with a more solid bed frame. 3/ You have to climb up some stairs to check-in at the register counter. If you have lots of heavy luggage, it's going to be challenging to bring your bags up. Overall, love this hotel. Would stay again anytime.

Well I have to start with saying how amazing this Premier Inn is from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. I have to Thank Emma and Jayante on reception and apologies if this name is spelt wrong. Also there was a lovely man who when we arrived gave us a map to show us where we were and where we were dining in the evening. We said it was my Mums Birthday who travelled up from Devon and they arranged a lovely bottle of wine in her room together with a lovely card which was hand written. They also were able to upgrade my Mums room to a Premium room and arrange for a free breakfast as there was a slight mix up with the booking and how it was booked and paid for. Nothing was too much trouble , I have to say the staff all round were so pleasant and so accommodating and helpful, great customer service from all. I will not be staying anywhere else when I go to Cheltenham as this is the place to stay for sure. It was so clean everywhere, the bar area and seating area were just great, the bathrooms and rooms were great, and Breakfast was amazing, cooked exactly as we asked for and lots of great choice. The best ever Premier I have been too. They even packed up my Mum's remaining birthday cake in clingfilm and cut into 3 portions so we were all able to take a bit home each. The location I must say was excellent also with being straight in the high street once you walk out the door and great places to eat and drink a stone's throw away. The staff had great knowledge of Taxi's to book if you were due to be going out in the evening if it was raining and not walkable. The NCP car parking was £12.95 for 24hrs, but cheaper if you had the app £9.95 and only under 5 min walk. I loved it there and wish I could have been staying for longer I will be looking forward to going back for sure. Thankyou so much to you all for making my Mum's birthday special and memorable for her stay with you.

地理位置很好，對面就是一個很大的吃飯的地方，類似於國內的綜合體，但衹有餐廳和電影院，我們晚上沒什麼地方去就去電影院看了場電影，酒店沒有停車場，需要停到附近的公共停車場，酒店的bar是24小時的，對於愛喝酒的人來説是比較完美的……但是酒店的衞生不敢恭維，説實話我們的床單被套有沒有換都不知道，被套上有頭髮，也不像是剛剛換上去的新被套，但是看完電影十一點多了也懶得跟前台講了，湊合一晚了

First room we checked into hadn’t been cleaned. Second room was fine but the hotel is kind of old and had lots of stains on the carpet and furniture, and the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Staff was nice.
