Ulasan The Hidden House (Kuanzhai Alley People's Park Subway Station Branch)

Lovely accommodation at a pretty good location, less than 10min walk to Kuanzhai Alley. Room was clean & spacious. We stayed for a total of 4 nights. Helpful staff recommended us to have dinner at the restaurant 鸡毛店 right beside the hotel, food was pretty good and servings were huge. The noodle store at L1 of hotel was also not bad, had one of our lunches there. Warm gesture of hotel to serve porridge supper daily till 2am. One suggestion is that it would be good to have more breakfast options other than sandwich/ porridge /dumpling noodles. Loved the plating, though! Overall, would definitely consider coming back for a stay next time! 谢谢小管家的贴心服务！

The hotel is very nicely decorated, with comfortable rooms. Miss Tang was very helpful through the trip, helping us to arrange transports to the nearby panda research center. would definitely stay here again 😄

Though we have to walk for 15 mins from the metro to the hotel, everything inside the room and outside is just perfect. They have a bucket and Chinese tea flavour for warming your feet. The room is cozy and really comfortable.

Check-in was smooth even when we arrived at 10pm. The heater is very hot so nice for winter. They were very thoughtful in the small gestures like giving small token, desserts, free-flow of bottled water and the housekeeping was very thoughtful, she noticed that I drink tea and left extra packs of tea for me. When I checked out, the receptionists were so sweet to even wait with me for my transport. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here when I’m back in chengdu again.

Great service , great hospitality with full of service mind. We are so happy to stay here. This is truly a Hidden house among the nice area with walkable distance (kuanzhai alley, people’s park, Tianfu Square) nice neighborhood atmosphere with many trees, peaceful. The hotel is New with the renovation from the old building structure. And it’s very great to find the place with all of Non smoking room. Even smelling slightly smoked but I don’t know where it’s come from. The robot welcoming is very creative. The bottles of drinking water were put in front of the room. This is so generous service. Thanks again for the helpful staffs , all of them. This mean a lot for our first trip in Chengdu. i will recommend this hotel to other people and our next stay will be the hidden house. Thanks for the cute panda / gifts 🥰

Location was very good easy to get around and the staff are very friendly.

What a great boutique hotel and so centrally located. The style is zen-like with stone gardens and a walkover bridge across the koi fish pond. Hotel staff were super chill and friendly and so helpful with everything. The rooms were new, large, has automatic bidet toilet, separate tearoom and a private zen garden for your morning tai chi or exercises.

Service is top notch 😍👍 really welcome and always helping us as international tourist, room all clean & staff all friendly. They even gave recommendation for attraction and route on wechat & souvenir when we check out. Really helpful ❤️ 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Thank you very much for all the staff there

This is really a fantastic hotel! The room was big, very clean and beautifully furnished. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also great.

We stayed here for 5 nights. Perfect location walking to wide and narrow ally, shops, close to train stations. Hotel provides free shuttle bus to Panda facility and high speed train station. Wonderful service from reception 王豆豆 and her colleagues. Clean rooms, free bottled water and snacks. Would definitely recommend this hotel. 酒店地理位置很方便，酒店设施齐全，干净，前台服务超级棒，王豆豆和团队每个人都很友好周到。极力推荐。

For me this hotel is slightly over price. The check in service is not up to expectations and the rooms not so spacious if based on the price. But opposite got few local foods at affordable price and need to walk about 300-500m to reach MRT station. But the hotel design is nice and comfortable. The washing machine really make me frustrated bcos have to wait for so long for drying. Overall experience is moderate, I will rather spend to the modern hotel and more reasonable price.

Room was slightly smaller but very comfortable enough, we had a good sleep and they serve good breakfast too. Front staffs are all very helpful and friendly,we planned a 3D2N trip to jiuzhaigou and they also let us to store our luggages for 2 days. Would definitely be back

Overall satisfied. We return to stay same hotel after join 6 days local tour to jiu Zhai Hou, Huang long and 川西小环线。This time we get the room have smoking smell. It means previously the people stay is smoking in the room. Luckily the smoking smell gone after open the window and airy for 2-3 hr when we go out for dinner and walks. So, we didn’t ask for change room. The locations is 10 mins walks to subway and 15-20 mins walk kuan Zhai alley. Nearest have bus stop got direct service bus to tourist spot.

Peaceful Oasis in the middle of the bustling city. The metro, major squares and shopping areas are in walking distance. Great attention to detail in the common areas. Lily at reception was charming and helpful.
