Excellent Location - Just Stone throw away from Herald St Metro and Across the largest Macy. Lotsa Eateries nearby and easy walking distance to Times Sq, Bryant Park, Rockefeller, Grand Central Station or Empire State Building. Really love it's convenience. Black tap is also on the same street. For the hotel - it was spacious and we can easily pack 4 large luggage. Hot water is good. However there's no toothbrush / paste or bathroom slippers provided. Hope they can improve and provide. Similarly for the bathroom shampoo & body wash - to have bigger bottles.

The hotel is quite basic, but location is perfect. They charge to hold your luggage, what now a days no hotel does (to my knowledge).

I was really surprised to find that the hotel charges for luggage storage, even if it's just for a couple of hours! That's something I’ve never encountered before, especially at this price point. The rooms are incredibly outdated and have definitely seen better days. To make matters worse, there were no toiletries provided in the room, and we were shocked to find only one towel in a room booked for four people. The furniture looked like it had been dragged from a dumpster—scratched, worn, and broken in places. The carpet was stained and dirty, adding to the overall feeling of neglect. On top of all this, there’s a mandatory deposit that cannot be paid using Apple Pay! This is a tourist hotel, and you'd expect more convenient payment options. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Great location, my room included a nice view of the empire state. Comfortable bed, friendly staff.

Better would be water boiler, great to have iron

這家的地理位置非常得好，不管是吃的逛的都在附近離地鐵也很近，特別是飯店的旁邊有一家韓國餐館很推薦，浴室的水比較小，房間還算寬敞，我們訂的是四人房，但是毛巾備品都只有給兩人份，還要不停的去櫃檯要有點麻煩，感覺上另外一張床是有拼湊的，因為睡起來會搖搖晃晃，沒什麼設施也沒有沐浴用品，房內沒有提供水和熱水瓶，對於冬天旅遊要喝熱水的人很不方便

前台服務員愛理不理，房間昏暗，設施很差，房間裏面還有蟑螂，一開門就發現地上一堆衞生紙，應該是打掃後沒有整理

預訂的露台房，給的這個，經過攜程介入，很快速，還是在國內的早上四點多，退了露台房多出的錢，並給了些補償，這酒店衹有一間露台房，沒有大堂，電梯那有一個很小的一個接待，女生們的服務態度也一般。就這還説是給了我照顧，可以有景觀看，位置不錯，地鐵就在附近，性價比在紐約也算可以，不要有太多期待。

Proche de l'Empire State Building et le métro à côté de l'entrée. Chambre spacieuse pour une famille de 4 personnes. Vue sur la ville mais bien insonorisé. Très bien pour un prix correct.

ロケーションがヘラルドステーションにあり、非常に便利です。タイムズスクエア、ペンステーション、MoMAなど主要観光地が徒歩でアクセス可能です。タクシー手配サービスとあるが、早朝ラガーディア空港まで手配したところ、All inclusive で75ドルと説明を受けたが、社内で80ドル請求された。手配した時間に待機していなかったし、提携している業者はあまり信用できない。

아이 둘과 함께 오전8시쯤 도착했는데짐을 맡아준다고 하더니 아예 체크인을 헤주었어요. 친절하고 아주 삐른 체크인을 도와주신덕분에 숙소에서 쉬고 즐거운 여행을 시작할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 특히나 엠파이어스테이트빌딩 근처에 역 바로 앞이라 교통도 아주 좋았습니다.

在曼哈頓核心區域難得的低價酒店。雖然設施比較老，但是貴在地段好、方便。下樓就是地鐵。

到了才聽説，這是男女幽會常去的酒店，瞬間覺得不衞生了，總體還可以，也比較衞生，在中心地段

位置無敵，房間較小，設施也比較陳舊了，性價比非常不錯
