Nice room with big bath tub with my kid enjoyed a lot. The staff are friendly and helps with laundry. There is a free toy for small kids too.

Great services! They really took care of you individually. Thanks to all the receptions lady who really helped me out. Room was great, clean and exactly like what they advertised.

Service was outstanding, room was clean at all times and items were always stocked. Elevator in the building is quite old and hotel is shared amongst other hotels/apartments. The pool is placed in an awkward area as, it is a small section in the lobby not big enough to swim in more for decoration. Has a small gym equiped with basic dumbbells and some cardio machines. The room with the inbuilt spa/bath is very good, would highly recommend getting this as it’s a nice touch to see the city view whilst in the bath.

The service is here is amazing! The front desk and housekeeper has been very helpful and detailed oriented. However do note that the hotel is located on the 15th and 18th floor respectively. Our room was facing the hospital but nonetheless the room itself was perfect and not very far from tourist areas.

Extremely responsive butlers who would assist promptly on WeChat anytime we need. Diffusers used has also nice scent and room is extremely clean. Best part is they provide laundry services although one of my sweaters shrunk 😂 every morning they have in house flavoured coffee which is really nice for my morning meetings. one of my most pleasant stays!

Awesome hotel. Even though it's housed in an old building, the hotel itself is really good. It's as though u enter another dimension when u get to the hotels level.
The rooms are relatively clean. The design of the room is well thought out, and the amenities provided are great.
