We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome right away.
Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. It was a nice touch to find a plate of fruit waiting for us when we arrived, and the daily replacement of water bottles was much appreciated.
The location was convenient, with a few restaurants nearby and a metro station close by. We didn’t use the metro since we mostly got around using Didi, but it’s nice to have that option available.
The only issue we had was with the toilet, which didn’t flush properly, but it wasn’t a big deal overall.
We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

I have a wonderful time during my 4days 3night in Chengdu. I highly recommend this hotel. The room is comfortable and clean, the hotel just next to subway and have elevator on the exit. Near the hotel have small local canteen. I got upgraded the room, I can say this hotel so worthy.

My stay at Dorsett Chengdu Hotel was exceptional. The spacious lobby and friendly reception staff created a welcoming atmosphere. My room was not only large but also well-equipped, ensuring comfort throughout my visit. The service quality was excellent, with staff always ready to assist. Its central location, just a minute from the metro station, made exploring the city easy. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Chengdu.

Nice hotel with nice staff people. Clean and you’re serviced when requested. Good variety of choice starting on pillows to a SPA.
Good bedroom and good toilet. Has a small office table and chill area(sofa or extra table.
Nearby not so many restaurants but a lot downtown. Easy transportation ( subway, bus stop or UBER).
Chinese and continental breakfast with good variety of choices.
Recommend for the quality on an affordable price..

I normally do not write bad reviews. But I have to. This hotel is a disgrace. Firstly I tried to come back at night, the hotel electricity is broken so can’t go up to my room on the 32 floor.
I was told to wait. So I waited almost 4 hours. Eventually, they told me the elevator works. But then, when I got inside - I got completely stuck inside. In the darkness alone. I called the reception on my phone who did not help at all. I was trapped inside for 40 minutes. Then eventually the lift started again and took my to the basement. When I finally made it to the lobby they said I must wait again.
Finally after 5am I managed to get into my room. I had no sleep.
The next day I tried to go downstairs and again the elevator is broken so I am trapped upstairs. If there is a fire we are all dead. When I got downstairs finally I asked to check out and for them to refund me my money.
All day they made excuses and refused to refund my money. I still have no refund. This is worse than unacceptable, this is a scam.
Also there was an exposed knife left in the lobby where any crazy person could take it.
This hotel is totally unsafe. No concern for their guests at all. Nobody should stay here. Awful awful’

We checked in past midnight and stayed here for 2 nights. We were impressed by the impeccable services, notably the receptionist and housekeeping. We enjoyed the spacious layout of the rooms and amenities offered. The room was clean, bed and pillows were so fluffy, toilet was clean, water pressure was great, towels and bathrobes were clean too. The metro station (Luomashi station) is just 2 minutes walk away. There is also a convenient store and food court on the left of the hotel. All in all, it was a wonderful stay in Dorsett Hotel and we would definitely stay and recommend this hotel to our friends and family during our future trips!

Amazing value-for-money! Room was luxurious, clean, and included many amenities. Housekeeping was also great. I stayed during my birthday and when I returned for breakfast a massive Birthday cake was waiting for me. Amazing-highly recommended.
