This is my second visit to Chengdu, and my second stay at this hotel. The check-in process was seamless. The front desk staff, Xiao Zhang, was quick, efficient, and meticulous, helping us upgrade our room type. She even wrote down the breakfast floor and times on our room card. The cleaning auntie was also very attentive, providing an extra bottle of water due to the heat and covering our water glasses. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Wonderful hotel at great price. Good location and service. Metro just at door step. Attended by smiling Ms Zhang and Ms He on check in who gave me a wonderful non smoking room. Also ever helpful young bellboy. Will definitely come back here whenever in Chengdu. Booking by Trip.com was super easy and efficient!

The service from the hotel lobby manager was good. But two things make that this hotel could NEVER get a positive review from me: 1. How can you possibly disable the airco in all the rooms in a 5 star hotel to save a couple of pennies on energy costs, while the lobby and restaurant are nicely airconditioned? When I complained there was a mobile ventilator unit delivered within minutes, but that only gave some extra airflow and did not bring the room temperature down. I was said to simply open the two tiny window openings but they were open non-stop already. The temperature in the room was continuously 24 to 27 degrees Celcius for the entire hotel stay in February. We slept really bad because of it. This alone is unacceptable to me, but then the next thing happened… 2. After breakfast the housekeeping was done while we were in the room, and we continued to use the room well after. We left the hotel around 11h00, and returned to the hotel around 22h00 to see the door to our room being wide open. I immediately reported it as break-in at the lobby, and together with the lobby manager I checked if anything was missing or damaged. This was not the case. After a digital door access log check done by the lobby manager it came clear that the supervisor entered our room around 14h30 without our consent, to supposedly check if housekeeping did their job correctly. What exactly is there to check? And IF you check, why do it secretly while completely forgetting to close our door after? EVERYONE was able to walk freely into our room to play with our stuff from 14h30 until we returned at 22h00. I did not ask for compensation, but none was offered by them either which they really should have. 🤪 1/10 not worthy of being a 5 star hotel with one of those things happening, and they did both.

They upgraded us to a deluxe king room for free, which was clean and hygienic. The service was warm and welcoming, and the hotel is conveniently located right above two subway lines. This is our second stay, and we're very satisfied!

Traveling with my elderly parents, the hotel's location is excellent, right by the Luomashi subway station. **Amenities:** The facilities meet five-star hotel standards. **Cleanliness:** Our room was cleaned daily. **Environment:** The environment is very pleasant. **Service:** The service was outstanding; they tried their best to accommodate all our needs.

The room was great and the location was perfect, really close to the subway station. Breakfast was also fantastic with a good mix of Chinese and Western options. The service was excellent; we had a minor issue and needed to switch rooms, and the manager quickly sorted it out for us, which was really appreciated.

The room is spacious, and getting around is very convenient since the subway station is right downstairs.

The hotel staff, from the front desk to the cleaning crew, provided excellent and enthusiastic service. Knowing I was traveling with a child and staying for several days, they thoughtfully upgraded my room. The hotel's underground parking is convenient for both parking and charging. Plus, it's super easy to get around as the hotel is right at the entrance of Luomashi Metro Station.

My stay at Dorsett Chengdu was fantastic! The location is superb, close to the metro and very convenient for getting around. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent. The service was warm and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. Overall, it offers great value for money. Staying here in Chengdu felt very reassuring, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Traveling to Chengdu with my entire family, this hotel was a lifesaver! It's right next to the subway exit (F), just a left turn after taking the elevator and escalator – so incredibly convenient. The concierge at the entrance was super helpful with our luggage, setting a warm and welcoming tone from the start! We were upgraded to a suite upon arrival, and walking in was such a pleasant surprise! (See pictures~) The front desk service was excellent, the room was very comfortable, and it even had a tea set. What I loved most was the shower; the hot water was constant and came on in seconds – definitely a big thumbs up! Plus, the concierge department delivers your takeout to your room with a cute panda robot – how cool is that?! Before we left, I was able to get a late checkout until 2 PM at the front desk. It was a wonderful trip! The only minor improvement I'd suggest is the toilet – it's still an old-fashioned type; it would be perfect if it had an automatic flush. I genuinely recommend everyone to stay here! I'll definitely book again next time!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was impressively spacious and spotlessly clean, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The amenities were top-notch, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed my time here and will definitely be booking again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

The hotel is super convenient, right by the subway exit, less than 50 meters away, so it's really easy to find. You can get to Tianfu Square in just one stop to transfer to other lines. It's great value for money, and my room was upgraded, so it was quite spacious and comfortable to sleep in. They offer a variety of pillows to choose from, and the Gongfu tea set was a nice touch.

Every time I visit Chengdu, I choose to stay here. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation, and the service is superb. After checking in and going upstairs, I discovered they had upgraded me to a suite for free again! The cleaning staff were very polite and enthusiastic when they came in to tidy up. The breakfast was quite rich and worth the price.
