Ulasan Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminal 2 and 3

It was very convenient stay just before very early morning flight! Place: very convenient as it’s less than 5mins walk from the hotel to terminal 2 so it’s convenient especially for early morning flights. Price: it’s quite a price with less amenities, they don’t provide anything other than shampoo/body soup/hand soup. Cleanness: it’s very clean and comfortable bed, I slept so well right after I went into bed!

Fast & convenient for quick departure as its only 5 min walk to Heathrow T2 & T3.

We booked 2 rooms but they said cannot be closed to each other. We changed to a suite that was close to the 2nd room, then I found out that the room was very big, enough for 4 but according to the manager, cannot just use one room as the room was only for 3 adults. As I have full paid, no refund accoding to manager. Fair deal but not nice. The location is very close to terminal 2 but walking to terminal 3 without any lugguage needs at least 15 min. Beware. Otherwise as expected from a chain hotel.

Good hotel to stay at if you need to fly out of London Heathrow Airport early in the morning. Great location. Very convenient.

It is a hotel about 15 minutes walk with terminal 3 and 10 minutes walk with terminal two ! If you have heavy suitcases and become a long walk with very old air port up and down walking path ! Inside the terminal is hot and outside is cold ! No porter no service can help you ! Once you are done ! The check in of this hotel is very warm and nice ! After you arrived your room you need to go back to reception to buy water ! The 14 th floors s bar both views and drink are very good ! It is London every thing is expensive and very poor return ! Value for money is long way off !

The food at the restaurant is good. The receptionist is also kind and accommodating. Compared with the hotel I stayed on the other day, the single bed is bigger and more comfortable.

Great loction if you want to stay a night before or after flying. Very near to Heathrow T2 (walk able).

Front Desk services required improvements- Location wise is great, just 1-minute walk away from London Heathrow T2; u can access directly through the same level of the Arrival Hall through the sheltered multi-storey car park. If u can come from London’s metro, walk across the bus lanes but do watch out the direction because limited signs available. The front desk services sucks, they basically like a bunch of standing brochures repeating the sentences; without even care of what the guests said. They just wanna check in the guests at soonest possible speed. The room and linens are clean, good for an overnight stay

A good choice for late arrival or early departure from Heathrow T2. Comfortable room and bed. An excellent choice of TV channels.

Walking distance to Terminal 2 and 3. Last-minute booking due to no public transportation operated on Christmas. Spacious and quiet room and toilet. Remember to bring own toiletries.

Very convenient, room is neat and works perfect, especially for when needing accommodations near the airport. Staff was very friendly too.

Hotel was great for a quick overnight stay at Heathrow. Prices were not too high too.
