Ulasan Rayfont Hotel Chengdu

Lokasinya baik, tetapi kakitangan hotel tidak mempunyai kemahiran perkhidmatan pelanggan sama sekali. Saya tidak akan tinggal di sini lagi pada perjalanan seterusnya ke Chengdu.

Biliknya bagus dan luas... ianya bertentangan dengan stesen kereta api timur dan sangat mudah untuk ke stesen kereta api. Saya mengembara bersama keluarga saya dan mempunyai penginapan yang menyenangkan dan selesa.

Cosy,,, the location is close to east railway station and the subway so convenient if you need to take train or metro.

Excellent hotel if you need to take the morning train from Chengdu East railway station. It's just a five minute walk from the hotel. There are plenty of food options around the hotel, but if you're planning to explore the city you might want to opt for a more centrally located hotel

We are very happy and the reception can speak english. The location is very close to chengdudong station, it is very convenience.

Great hotel, a little confusing to find when finding it underground from the train station rather than above ground from the street, but it is signed and there are plenty of staff around to ask. Convenience store in the lobby. We got a free upgrade too.

Huge problem with a drain in the shower room. A/C doesn’t work well. The room needs a renovation.

Worst check-in experience so far. I was given a "quiet room" without a window, and I immediately felt like sauna the moment I entered the room. I was told that there was no cool air supplied during winter, and the room would be cooler after switching off the air cond. However, the room wasn't cool down after a few hours, so I requested to change the room. The second room has a window but you can hear the noise from the train station. In my opinion, they should not even offer these two rooms to any guest. They are not fit for purpose. My third room was OK, but all rooms were run down, outdated, insufficient lighting etc....avoid Rayfont if possible.

We received a free upgrade to suite but the room was very dated and old. The amenities are very basic. The view is great but sound proofing is not great as we can hear the traffic from level 40.

overall was ok. staff was helpful, assisted us to order from mei tuan delivery because we do not have local phone number. location is extremely good of you are looking for chengdu east train station accom, it’s directly connected underground. have a mini mart which you can get basic stuffs. bed and toilet were ok. although overall it may feel a little dated.

Location is great, near to the railway station. As the station is huge it can be abit confusing, just ask around and locals will point you in the right direction. Room wasn't very clean, and has smell of cigarette smoke. Fortunately it was just for a one night stay. Its more convenience than comfort here for the price paid.

Chose this hotel because have to travel by train to somewhere else next day early morning. Its location is strategic as it is near to the train station. But somehow there’s too many accomodation with similar name at same area, which cause some confusion and having to bring our luggages around to ask and confirm. Not much attractions or things to see around, so if you are looking for a hotel that is convenient and near to the lively areas, this is not the best choice. Room is very spacious and clean. There’s many amenities just that the room is slightly dark.

Good location, just across the road from Chengdudong Railway Station, very convenient, room was nice but the shower head needed some fixing and the sink area was flooded

very good location but the underpass directly to the train station is closed unfortunately. very spacious and clean room with very nice view. Breakfast is just ok
