Excellent customer service especially Butler who furhter took care of our issues and request. Tasted breakfast, over the there already enjoyed many chengdu local signature foods and snacks.. highly recommend!

Excellent option in Chengdu Financial district. Very clean super comfy and spacious rooms! Would like to have more English speaking channels. Breakfast is delicious and has excellent variety.

I stay 3 nights on business trip and was just perfect. The hotel has a perfect pool and gym, the staff speaks perfect english and offer the highest standard. Its close to a mall with excellent restaurants if u want to go out and the cocktail bar next to the main entrance worth a visit if u are into cocktails. Will repeat for sure.

This hotel was great! My friend and I originally were just going for two days, but extended to 3 because it was so comfortable. The bed and other amenities were great, and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast in particular was exceptional. My only issue was that the location was a bit far from some of the major destinations in the city for nightlife and food, but it was easy to walk to the metro or get a Didi. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, pleasant stay in Chengdu!
