A fantastic area, easy access to the airport and city but surrounded by nature with parks and lakes. Newly opened shopping centre nearby. Great walks and cycling on the doorstep. Room was amazing, very spacious and with everything you may need. Great views throughout the hotel, including from the swimming pool; small but special! Reception very helpful, allowed me to store my cycle securely. Breakfast had an extensive choice. Overall service excellent.

It had been an amazing 3D2N stay here at Ascott Qinhuang. Thoroughly enjoyed the impeccable service (many thanks to Kris) and spacious clean rooms! Will definitely be back!

The hotel was really clear and friendly, and they had good gym swimming pool.

The staff was very helpful even though English should be improve. But by use translate phone machine help a lot.

Great place to spend the night if you’re in this neck of the woods. It’s a new area so don’t expect mature gardens and surroundings - everything is being developed, including roads. The hotel staff were amiable and professional. The room was clean with lakeside views. The breakfast is sufficient, but skip coffee and grab a Starbucks or coffee of your choice for your morning hit of caffeine.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities. The room was very large, clean, and comfortable. The gym was fantastic and had everything we needed. Great price! Would definitely stay here again.

The location is far, that’s the only disadvantage! Others are all fine for the price

Nice hotel in a not-yet-developed location. There is still room for further development in the area. But hotel is nice at a low price. Services are good too, but for a short stay of 1-2 nights at most.

Good location, but the entrance is difficult to find. Be aware there is a lot of building work going on in the area, although you can’t hear it from inside. Staff were very friendly, but made a mistake at check in with my visa meaning they woke me very early the following morning by phone. After saying I could bring down my passport at any time they then woke me again by knocking on the door. They initially agreed to a partial refund, but this has never been issued. The information states languages spoken at the front desk include English, but past a basic hello this is not the case. Room was fantastic, everything you need, just disappointed in the mistakes made as I initially offered to help find the correct visa, but help was declined.

Actually Brand New Hotel and very Good Facility , the Personal was very Kind to help . Its a New Area it will take some Time for the Surroundings to Offer more Places for Dining or others but for me as a Business Traveler its a good Choice to Stay relaxed at the Place i need to be.
