All according to description. Good value for money

Literally the best hotel I have ever stayed in! I have traveled around the world and this was the cleanest place I have ever stayed, I was shocked at how well organized and clean it was! The bathrooms were shared but spotless. The staff were also very nice! I could not have had a better experience, I will definitely come back here if I come back to Kyoto.

Very nice and comfortable guesthouse in central Kyoto. The staff, however, is somewhat suspicious and watchful.

The location is convenient, the facilities are complete, and the owner is super friendly and can communicate in both Chinese and English.

I stayed here for two nights and it was everything that you will need. Clean, comfortable, affordable, friendly. Would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Easily my favorite accommodation during my trip to Japan! The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. The facilities were excellent and very comprehensive; each floor was conveniently equipped with its own restroom, shower, refrigerator, and washing machine. The tatami mats had a lovely rush grass scent, and the room itself was spacious and spotlessly clean.

The owner's grandmother speaks Chinese, which was a huge bonus. I was so grateful to secure a single room at such a fantastic price, and the cleanliness was also very good.

The property was so unhygienic, very smelly room, receptionist doesn't understand a single word of English, very tight locker which doesn't fit a small bag. I don't recommend this property to anyone. Trip.com helped me to resolve this issue. Highly recommended trip.com
