Really nice hotel, the personnel always kind although not all of them speak English. On the first day there was a smell on the hallway ok my floor but on the next day it disappeared. The name of the hotel is not updated in the different apps because when I looked for the hotel it appears another one. The room was really nice and the breakfast was also nice. I recommend this hotel

Despite the room not having a window, it was still comfortable, cozy and did not feel stuffy in the room.
It has a projector screen, making the room very cozy.
Location was fantastic it's a 5 mins walk to niushikou metro (牛市口) and 2 stops from chunxilu (春熙路 ) which is a popular shopping street in chengdu. There is a 24-hour convenience store directly below the hotel and several eateries, supermarkets, and street food below the hotel within walking distance.
The staff was very nice and helpful.
Would definitely recommend this hotel

房間很好，雖然小，但是啥都有。有投影，有衣帽間，有客廳。衞生間乾濕分離。重點表揚一下洗衣房，雖然看上去無人值守，但實際上會有人定時查看，把需求寫在洗衣房的紙卡上，酒店會幫你洗烘，我晚上十一點放衣服進洗衣機並留了洗完烘乾的要求，第二天早上去洗衣房發現已經烘乾疊好放在籃子裏了。

偶然選的這家酒店，沒有失望，地段很好在市中心，去大型商場也就幾分鐘，離地鐵站公交站超級近，為我的出行省了好多時間呢，酒店附近還有很多小吃街，餓了下樓隨時都能吃到，每天下午還會免費送牛奶，服務沒得説了，電視可以投屏，早上早餐也不錯。辦理入住的時候，前台小姐姐也特別熱情温柔，無微不至的，服務特別好，需要幫助的話客房阿姨也十分熱情的提供幫助，衞生打掃的也特別乾淨，床上用品也很舒服，都想帶回家呢，性價比超級高，非常滿意這次的入住體驗，朋友來成都玩也會向他們推薦！！！

Zane, Tessa, Dora were absolutely marvellous at the check in and checkout experience. The whole process was very smooth and they did their best to accommodate my request. Hotel overall is in a great location, clean and modern. I would recommend everyone to stay in this hotel.

前天晚上訂好的房間 確實很便宜 我有一個提前入住的倦 然後到地方房間沒有出來 好在前台小哥態度非常非常好 第一個房間我們住進去了 床上有很多黑點 跟點上去的一樣 弄不掉 然後給前台小哥説 小哥很耐心給我們換房間這裏要給小哥點個贊 然後就是衞生問題 真的很堪憂 我們一進房間 桌子上有一衹死蒼蠅 不知道這個房間多久沒人住了 然後我和朋友躺在床上 就開始癢 渾身癢 然後我實在不好意思 自己買了一瓶除蟎噴霧 把整個床上上下下噴了一遍 包括被子 稍微好一些了 本來一下定了一週的房間 實在是折磨的不行了 真的是渾身癢 就決定把房退了 退房的時候 我好心給個建議 我給前台女的説 房間床上有蟎蟲 她説我們的床單都是一客一換 然後説有蟎蟲確實沒辦法 得拿顯微鏡看 這是什麼服務態度 還需要拿顯微鏡看嗎 直接躺上去 渾身發癢 還有啥好看的 在者説了 我是顧客 我提出的建議不應該採納嗎 真的不適合幹前台 適合回家當大小姐。 附上**訂單。

環境：深山老林的感覺與世隔絕能體會古人的日出而作日入而息的生活 空氣特別好 但是一定要注意螞蟻🐜回來被叮咬進醫院 紅火蟻出沒 出門不要穿拖鞋 請把自己包裹嚴實
服務：升級了房型 前台和管家還有保潔都非常熱情❤️🔥感受到了當地風俗民情 融入當地文化 總的來説還是值得體驗的 希望下次硬件設施能再加強用户體驗感 那就真的很完美了

DDelboyThis was a first class experience at a first class hotel. Right from the start I was made to feel at home and was allowed to check in much earlier than 2pm which was ideal as I could freshen up before going to my future work place. In addition, complimentary breakfast was added to my reservation which again was a big bonus and the choices were fantastic. The grounds around the hotel are very nice to take a walk and the hotel is very near to many restaurants. The room itself was comfortable and great value for money and even having a bathtub was nice to use at the end of the day. This is a great place for anybody to stay and is family friendly which is convenient to go and see the pandas. All the staff were fantastic but I must mention Paul who really went that extra mile to make stay comfortable and even exchanged his Wechat in case I needed any help. His professional approach and English speaking ability is a great asset to the hotel. I will definitely be returning soon.

PPengguna Tetamu2022年首次接觸這家酒店，之後每年都會去4-5次。先説工作人員的態度吧，非常有禮貌，面帶微笑。有客房服務需求的時候，反應迅速，例如：由於有潔癖的原因，每次到酒店還會要求工作人員當面再次消毒，工作人員都非常有耐心。衞生方面：截止目前沒看到有不乾淨的地方。餐飲方面：比較喜歡鍋邊糊，因為喝了身體比較暖和，歡迎水果很新鮮。另外，酒店的Spa也可以體驗下，因為長期練普拉提，偶爾做個身體Spa也不錯。對了，很喜歡工作人員葉露，人美，聲音也甜，還温柔。

PPengguna Tetamu這次成都之行有幸入住成都釣魚台精品酒店，之前沒有抱太大期望，但伴隨着入住，我們都感受到了酒店的設計感和濃郁藝術氛圍。這家酒店是全國50家最值得體驗的酒店之一，排名第一的北京雁柏山莊我們體驗過，印象非常好，這家酒店一進門就給人帶來鬧中取靜的幽僻之意！隔音也是令我們很驚艷，樓下就是寬窄巷子，人羣絡繹不絕，關上窗，一點吵鬧都沒有。入住前管家小陳主動聯繫，詢問喜好，入住三天每天都會準備貼心小禮物、零食、飲料，給我們的旅遊體驗增色不少。離店的時候還贈送了伴手禮，禮輕情意重，下次來成都還會入住。

PPengguna TetamuWe had a great time in Chengdu and our stay at minyoun hotel helped make all the difference. It is quite a luxurious hotel with the reception on the 33rd floor and rooms even higher up meaning that all rooms came with an unobstructed view of the city skyline.
Location was also great being within walking distance ~7-10mins to taikooli (shopping area) and lankwaifong (bar/club area). It was also only 100/200meters away from a metro station which we honestly didn’t use, as taxis were all only 10-20rmb (~€2)
Finally the staff were excellent and particularly helpful at every request. Special shoutout to the 2 girls (apologies if we have the names wrong but Chris and Joy?), and Stefan Hu who took the time to suggest all the best places to visit around Chengdu - helping us add the locations to our maps and gifting us a tourist information notebook and panda!
We really enjoyed our stay at minyoun hotel and would highly recommend staying here. The staff brought our stay to another level, thank you ⭐️

WWen KaiGreat and convenient location, to the point we extended another night stay. Only 200m to People's Park station, subway Line 2, which can connect you almost anywhere. Able to walk to People's Park and Kuanzhai Alley, even Tianfu Square if you can walk 2km. Also have a convenience store available downstairs of the same building, and Hong Qi store if you walk a bit further. Many tour agencies are on the opposite road, where you can book day tours. The tour bus pickup and drop off points are also only around 1km from this building, easy to walk to due to the extra-wide sidewalks. It's facing the main road so you can easily get taxis as well.
The building is easy to locate, but the check in counter is more confusing to find. When looking in from the main road, the convenience store is on the left, so you need to go to the opposite side of the convenience store. You need to walk to the back of the building and find the entrance facing the wall with a car park boom gate. There is a security guard and there are lots of online delivery boxes. Then, access the elevator and the reception is on level 26.
There was a washing machine and detergent available in our unit, which we utilized. Other than the clothes hanging bar in the kitchen, the rest of the unit lacked places to hang things such as wet towels. It was a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit with another queen bed in the living room. Hot water was always available though you have to fiddle with the lever and wait some time. The kitchen only had a water kettle and a few mugs. There's a primary school right beside the building and you can hear the students every weekday morning. (My photos were taken just before checkout so don't mind the mess)
The owners are an exceptionally friendly couple who are hardworking and provide excellent service. They are open to feedback and we've told them what we think was lacking in our unit. Hopefully they will implement the small improvements. They also recommended a few restaurants to us that had good local food and were reasonably priced.
Recommend to add them on WeChat prior to arrival and communicate your arrival time. They wait at the front desk past midnight if they don't know the guest's check in time. However, they can only communicate in Mandarin, so you may face some difficulty.

PPengguna TetamuThis is probably your best option in Chengdu. The rooms are really cute with a tatami style bed and they are clean. The water pressure is awesome and the room is quiet. The staff speaks English so it is easy to communicate and get help/info.
The hang around areas are nice and the roof top has a great view but the beers are a bit expensive for being a hostel.
Zoey that works in the reception is the best! She is super service minded and will help you with everything!
She helped us much more than expected from the hotel/hostel staff. Without her our visit would have been much less nice and more complicated.
The hostel should be super happy to have her and should do everything in the world to keep her! If we go back to Chengdu we would choose this hostel over a nicer hotel just because of the brilliant service, thanks a lot Zoey!
The laundry service upstairs works great and it is cheap but there is only one machine and you can hang your clothes there and they dry quickly or you use the dryer. We didn't have any issues waiting to use them etc.

BBrianMy stay was great at Sonderia, the hostel was clean and all the staff were very friendly, giving tips on where to go and how to get there also my late check in at 4 am wasn't a problem. Shout out to Damon who was great at helping me get around and printing some visa docs for me!! Having the bar also was nice in the evenings to chill after a long day sightseeing and meet some fellow travellers about. Overall great and will deffo return when back in Chengdu!

We arrived late past 12am, the person who picked us up came on time, however, a heads up would be well appreciated as the way to the hotel was a dark, unlit, small road. We were all alert and concerned about where we were heading. A real scare!! Other than that, everything is okay for a night stay.
