Both Tracy and Yina has been able to help with all our queries and Tracy is really a leadership material, taking the initiative in helping us with our luggage and our parcel returns. The room itself was great and spacious, had housekeeping everyday. For the price you can’t complain about it. Location was amazing, there were lots of food downstairs. Only downside was the lobby on the building which was very old and dark (looks slightly dodgy) but I believe it’s due to the hotel being in an old building. Staff also turned off the washing machine and dryer while we were still washing leaving us with wet clothes and she would not turn it on until the next day. Overall, very great value for money and can’t complain much for the price paid.
