Peaceful place to stay in an apartment including kitchen, washing machine and refrigerator facilities. Very nice management and staff.

i had stayed in the deluxe room in trendz apartments. my stay was quite pleasant. room and bed were neat. bathroom was clean with running hot water throughout. mr. kannan and his colleague were cordial and friendly. only climbing the two flights everytime was a bother! would i choose trendz again? definitely yes😊

I recently stayed at trends hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. For the high price, i expected at least the basic amenities, but there was no soap, lotion, or any toiletries provided. The bed was uncomfortable, and the lack of a proper blanket made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, this hotel did not meet my expectations and i would not recommend it to others.

Food availability is difficult no good restarents near by. At least one common rest rooms not available for guests during check in process waiting senior citizen and children is difficult. Rooms and rest rooms full of smoking smell, not recomandable for family trip.
