Good service at the breakfast and clean room service at front desk could be better especially one of the lady manager could improve on her attitude . Good location easy access to the oto transport

We had arranged for Airport to Hotel transfers and that was great and safe. Room is spacious, clean and adequate. Staffs were friendly. Location is fabulous

Location was excellent. Very close to Varni mahal and other places where music festivals were conducted which made us to walk to these places. Pandy bazar was very close and walking distance to do shopping. Service was excellent too. Morning complementary breakfast had both Indian and western food with many varieties. Service at this place was excellent. Reception at hotel was very good and helpful especially from the manager Raja Priyan. Only suggestion is the bathroom cleaning can be little better, especially the toilet cleaning.

Happyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!! We had our kid birthday party on 12th March in Harmony Hall. First impression is the best impression. Mr. Poovannan had first level of interaction and he explained the services offered. They took care of everything, we felt so comfortable and didn’t worry about anything, they have arranged the mic, speakers and so ***y things which we never thought about it. WANNA KNOW WHAT IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION? Here comes the fascinating part, we are a family of Brahmin and Christian. We had a enormous thought of how about put together both Veg and Non-veg food at the same place, when we explained Mr. Muthu Ra*** about the hindrances, he nodded immediately and made us feel glad and they provided two different ballrooms for Veg and Non-veg food and the crowd had their food with full satisfaction. WONDERING, HOW COULD SOMEONE CAN CLOSE THE BAR and made it as Dining area just to KEEP THEIR CUSTOMERS HAPPY. On the other hand, Chef sekar had prepared and served the dishes hot. The food taste was excellent. Mr. Poovanan was supervising the food area during the event and take care of everything until the last person had dinner. Every now and then, he updated us the plate count and ensured the dishes are always filled and all the guests were attended properly. A big thanks to Mr. Poovannan and Mr. Muthu Ra*** who made our day a complete happy one.

Hai this is sripriya I would like to share my review which is recently stayed in the residency..We two ladies came to India from Singapore for tourism and we had already booked a room in another hotel.We vacated that hotel as we were uncomfortable and came to the residency. At the time all the rooms were booked and Mr. ***nkumar knowing our situation somehow he gave us a room and removed our discomfort...He cared like a relative from our checkin to checkout ..Also he recommended their best restaurant called Chin Chin and made our dinner more special.. food taste was really so good price was reasonable... all staff behaved well...bell boy Ramamurthy was very helpful..Great place to stay ... we will definitely recommend to our friends and relatives visiting India from Singapore ... The facility, environment, service and taste were all good....💯 Safe and secure place ..Thanks residency .

Amazing experience, great customer service. Staff were always very helpful and on hand to assist when asked. Thoufeeq was especially helpful during the course of our stay, and we would always recommend The Residency to all. Lovely residence!

It's too early to give much feedback, I have been traveling in India for one month, and I've only been in Chennai for 12 hours (1 x night). So far the room is adequate, the shower water is hot, and last night's buffet dinner was very good. Front of house staff at the hotel are very helpful and Prabath has been keen to help with my stay.

We arrived early and the hotel had a great 24 hour booking option which suits us as we leave very early. Beds comfortable. A safe is available. Service is extremely good - from checking in, booking a tour with Arul our flexible guide who was a safe driver with seatbelts, to getting extra water. Nothing is too much trouble. We highly recommend.
