A decent property well placed in city. The check-in process was not convenient and staff was bit untrained or already exhausted, 11am in morning. Rooms are decent, with cleaning challenges, as we found a cigarette butt and hairs in washroom from previous guests. B/fast was sumptuous and tasty. Staff was bit handy, but the GM of hotel is really friendly and active. He took feedback with grace and helped. Overall didn't feel like a 5 star experience, but certainly a good place to stay for a stop.

The location was good but it didn't feel like a five star hotel
