Ulasan Treebo Fourth Avenue

Room maintenance to be done while guest is away. I was away 9-2.30 but room wasn't cleaned and they insisted to clean when I was planning to rest. No bathroom amenities are provided, just shown only in their display.

Treebo trend is a decent budget hotel with average room price around 3k . Room size is small but decent enough for a couple of people who needs a pit stop for a day in a pocket friendly manner. Reception manager is extremely helpful. As part of this rate they will give you a free breakfast which is part of the inclusion. Rooms are pretty clean and doesnt have a stinky smell which you will get from budget hotels which are not maintained well. Plus point is the fact that they have parking.

The hotel is centrally located and ideal place for shopoholics. The rooms are clean and excellent ambience. It is recommended for families and businesses travellers. The overwhelming response at the front desk os also commendable

Service just for hot water purposes, I am giving 4. Otherwise all good. They should provide 24/7hot water facility to take shower, that will improve the hotel quality. Mum and dad get very secured , they had good sleep.

nice stay , best budget stay in place like anna nagar , nearest metro station is anna nagar tower is 500mts from the hotel , the break Fast provided was good , no room service for providing tea/ coffee , but have kettle with tea bags and amenities to make it on your own .

The location is excellent with very good shopping and eating experience. The rooms were very clean and the staff, especially the front end at the Reception were very cordial and efficient. The Mini-Tiffin for Breakfast was also good. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I booked 3 rooms for my relatives who came to attend a family function. My choice was based on the following reasons. (1) Location in the heart of Annanagar on the Shanthi Colony main road. Easy accessibility for shopping, eateries and near the metrorail. (2) Very well maintained comfortable rooms (3) Helpful front office. (4) Reasonable rates My guests loved the place!

The location was awesome. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was typically South Indian and tasty. The room was compact. Overall value for money and the stay was comfortable. Provision for hanging clothes in the wash room need to be looked into.

The staff are very friendly & helpful right from the guard to the reception & the breakfast provider on the T floor. The only setback is the signboard in front of the hotel. It is blocked by a tree so not very visible.
