The room was very clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It features 3 bunk beds, accommodating up to 6 guests, and comes with a private toilet and shower room. Taller individuals might find the shower space a bit cramped. For those who enjoy socializing, there's also a rooftop terrace perfect for chatting and enjoying some food and drinks.

The hostel was good and clean. My only real issue was with my roommates; they were up until 1 AM, laughing and chatting. The dorm room itself was divided into two sections: one for four girls and another for two. A big plus was that I had a bathroom shared with only one other person.

I had a wonderful stay at The Hat Madrid! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, the service was excellent, and the hostel was very clean. The location is unbeatable for the price—right in the heart of the city. I also loved the activities they organized, which made it easy to meet people and enjoy the atmosphere. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

This was my second stay at this hostel and it's still amazing. One of the best hostels I have stayed at in Europe. It is well located - right off the Mayor Plaza. Close to bus routes and not too far from the subway. The hostel staff are super friendly and always available - 24hr front desk. They are hapy to have a chat with you and make recommendations and give advice - or just sing along to whatever is playing from the bar. They weresuper gracious and helped to arrange my friends and I in the same room - even though we all had individual bookings. The rooftop is excellent. We spent several siesta's up there; reading and chatting and having a drink. Just note that the rooftop bar is a public space and at times sections of it are booked for events. But otherwise the view of the rooftops and the church dome are worth it. The rooms are spacious enough, as is the private bathroom. There are additional bathrooms on each floor - gendered. The bunk ladders are a little steep on the steps - my shorter friend struggled getting up to her bunk - we had to use the foot stool to assist. But the ability to have two people using the bathroom in the room at a time made for easy use - especially with only 6 people in our dorm. The free margarita making each night from 9pm and the bar crawl are worth checking out. My friend also also did the walking tour - and said she found it super informative and. chill. Lots of food recommendations and the group all grabbed lunch together after the tour.

Good location near scenic spot

Everything is good, highly recommended. Service is good. Enjoy the city walk tour and the workshop a lot. The arrangements are considerate. Super safe. Mucho gracias.

I did stay 2 nights. It my experience about staying in Madrid . This hostel very good in Madrid . Food service, room service and speaks very politely with customers.

Truly enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly, helpful and the stay is comfortable and pleasant. The room is spacious and very clean. Baggage storage is available as the hotel as well. Hotel is well situated near city center which is really convenient.

One of the best hostel in central Madrid. Everything is so near. Strategic location, very near to Plaza Mayor. All staff are friendly and helpful. The beds and Washrooms are clean too. They also have amazing roof top cafe with stunning views. The basement kitchen is cool. Kudos to The Hat Madrid team. Highly recommended and i will definitely come back for my next summer holidays.
