The hotel locates right inside a mall, express avenue. The room is big and convenient but it is little dusty. Fyi if you’re looking for safe and convenient hotel to visit, you should not miss it.

A great hotel to stay. Just note that the bfast is pure vegetarian. You have access to the mall eateries from 10am, so not an issue. Connected to a very modern mall with lots of designer brands! Foodcourt on Level 4, other modern eateries on every floor. Chances of bumping into some South Indian movie celebrities at the mall!

Small refrigerator is not cold enough. The cafe food is top notch.Staff are polite and ready to help.

Good experience staying at E hotel. The staffs were all helpful and Attended to all our needs. Sunitha and mani were good room keepers. The breakfast a good, though it’s vegetarian. It will be good if they start breakfast from 6.30am instead of 7.30am. This was my 2nd time staying at E hotel.

Top hotel in mount road with the Mall - so no way of getting bored in this hotel whenever you want just drop in to the mall from ur room - breakfast is of course the best in the town - trust me if ur a lover of vegetarian food this is a must try place in Chennai - Good helpful staffs , clean rooms.

The hotel is situated in the Mount Road CBD area - great location .. Close to US consulate .. Being attached to the EA mall is a great plus for shopping and dining .. The staff is attentive and friendly, especially Mr Ramesh and Mr Krishna .. Rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy but the amenities in the room are average .. Food is average and the breakfast spread is limited - The hotel serves only vegetarian food and bar is not available ..

We travelled in a group of 8 and stayed in this hotel for the first time and we were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were comfy and although the bathroom takes a little getting used to, the beds were very comfortable and clean. The hotel lobby and aisles ***** the floors were also very clean. The cafe only has vegetarian options, but do give it a go, as their pastas, lasagne and pizzas were very good. The customer service was very good and their breakfast menu, although not large, was quaint and sufficient. Their coffee was also good and they had daily refreshing vegetable/fruit shots, juices, milkshakes as well to upkeep our hydration in a healthy way. We would definitely come to this hotel again during our annual trips, keep up the great work! The location of the hotel connecting directly to the EA mall was also a big plus, as we could always go to the mall and come back anytime we were tired without having to walk too far or look for transport.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. A bit older but very clean. Amazing staff. About a 40-60 minute train ride to the city but only a 3 minute walk to the train station. Restaurants, bars and supermarket near by. Quieter slows paced area. I would stay there again.

There is no doubt that the location is good if not excellent. The service is also good. Room is clean. There are some other points also to be considered which is not part of the service management, but flaws in the design of the room. The wardrobe is opposite to wash basin, which in a sense is uncomfortable. There are no shelves to keep the luggage. The luggage space is there near the TV but when you open the suitcase it hits the glass table above. There is no space to hang the bath towel for drying other than the bathing door handle, which is also small. These are not possible to change immediately, that said from service and cleanliness and location perspective, this is an good place to stay.

Had a nice stay at E Hotel at Chennai, the Elegance Room provided to us, was very spacious for the 3 of us . Also staff were very courteous, and provided us with the extra items requested by us. The breakfast was good. but of course there is scope to add few more dishes. The added advantage is the mall attached to the Hotel, so we could spend some good time in the mall, which has good shops for shopping and vide variety of food also.

This hotel is my regular stay when I come to Chennai. You can freely go in and out of Express Avenue, so you can enjoy meals, shopping, movies, etc. regardless of the weather. The hotel staff is very kind and willing to give you advice. I come to see movies during Pongal and am very satisfied because there is a movie theater next door. I would like to stay again next time.

It was a good experience clean room , and washroom was good as well , stall were nice and helpful at the same time . We had a early check out at 3 and they gave a good pack breakfast with fruits and few other items freshly made.
