My stay at the hotel was great! Good and courteous staff and the reception and at the citrus Restuarant. The Citrus Restuarant has great food ,very courteous and service oriented staff -especially Ms Laxmi and Mr Devendran. Very Heartwarming to see Citrus Restuarant employ physically and mentally challenged staff too..speaks very Highly about the Management of Lemon Tree. Overall great experience at Lemon Tree ,Chennai.

Worst service ever ‘ asked water bottle during check out time and waited 20 minutes and left without water , asked iron box and board waited 30 minutes to get the same , tv never works . Rooms are not clean toilet is not clean , door is not closing properly and breakfast is poor

Reading all the reviews, I came here to stay with my family, and stayed here comfortably. Food was good. Room was cleaned and upto mark. All staffs are very friendly specially mr. Prabhu, mr. Pritam. are actually at their best at service. mr. Kanchan, housekeeping, ms. Anchal reception, mr. Fredric manager, ms. Vinutha restaurant, all are up to the mark for their service.

I stayed 3 days at the hotel, stay was pleasant and housekeeping was good, food was good and delicious, executive lakshmi and naveen, arun was helpfull at dining servise, keep doing well, will come back again for another stay, had fun and calmfull stay.

Stay was very comfortable, staff was very welcoming. All required amenities were there. The citrus cafe in particular was excellent- Lakshmi, our server, went out of her way to make us feel settled. Would recommend this place if you’re looking for cozy affordable stays in Chennai.

I’m writing this review after staying in lemon tree for a week, the ambience is very good,room is spacious and most enjoyable thing is their fantastic complimentary breakfast and special thanks to Mrs.Lakshmi (restaurant executive) for her great service in the dinning hall.I will suggest this hotel for everyone.

The hotel room is above average but the restaurant service was good . Laxmi from restaurant has an excellent customer service supportive skill. Breakfast is excellent and the service too. Seen people have permanent disability on hotel is excellent.

The restaurant service was good,the food was good and the Lakshmi waiter so kind and friendly to us, the room was clean and comfortable .food was very nice housekeeping was cleaning good airport nearby the hotel is excellent. We plan next visit

Best hotel in chennai so far ...room was really heat and tidy and well maintained...room service was great and best ...foods were fantastic,hygene and colourful...workers like Lakshmi etc.. were really humble, polite.. will visit again for sure

It was a pleasant stay at lemon tree . Tidy ,neat and well designed Rooms and bathrooms. Each of the staff members here were very polite and helpful Dining was pleasant followed by excellent service by Mrs . Lakshmi and others. Would strongly recommend to my friends.

Rooms are decent and clean and the dining experience was pleasant , decent ambience, variety of food choices. I had a nice time with my family and my last minute special request was honoured, the chef gave special attention and he customised food for my family and the food was amazing , it'd very close to T.Nagar,Phoenix Mall Thanks to Mr.Manoj for his support during our entire stay, I will visit again for my business trip.

Hotel was Neat clean and Mainly The Citrus cafe I Had breakfast, They provide more choices to Eat , Especially I recognise one staff Ms.Lashmi ,She attend my table very politely and asking need anything countinuesly I saw almost every table she attend, very much like she's behaviour....All the very best Cafe Team
