Hotel is excellent. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Excellent service. Good location, which is walking distance to 2 big malls and 1 vegetarian restaurant which opens till late.

Not par with TAJ standard for services, with excuse that they had marriage booking & hence can't serve upto mark. Not acceptable

The breakfast and ambience in the restaurant was awesome. Nice room although check in was taking a little longer due to the full house. Otherwise staff was attentive and kind. i

It’s not so clean. Not to the standard of Taj hotels. The rooms need an upgrade.

The aircond vent in the room I stayed was releasing some pungent smell on the 3rd night. We had to spray perfumes and room spray all over to overpower the pungent smell. Towels reduced from 2 towels to 1 towel from day 2. Shower gels and shampoo was not replenish. Rubbish bin in the toilet was not cleared from day 2 until we check out. The access card to the room keeps spoiling so everyday we need to replace with the new ones.
