Terrible experience. Not clean and service zero. Staff cannot understand or speak abit English. No service at all Took the hotel for 2 days but horrible experience.

2 of us booked in but only one set of towels, bottled water was provided. The breakfast was good. Within walking distance from pondy bazaar

The experience felt confining, as there was limited privacy with no option to open the windows. Additionally, the bed linens and towels were visibly stained and appeared worn out, prompting the need to purchase new ones for personal use.

Horrible laundry *** is a big cheat auto owner can’t afford to get a proper door mat bed and detergent bedsheets are all yellow owner thinks he is in Europe unfortunately he is in india auto drivers are big cheats toilers get chocked breakfast handerlet poor hygiene

The rooms are clean and the hotel is well maintained. The bathroom is a decent size and the hotel manager and front staff accomodated our request for an extra bed as required. They also provided key local information as the main reason for our stay was for shopping at T Nagar. The main shopping areas are a very short distance auto-rickshaw ride or a 15 min walk. The hotel is surrounded by plenty of places to eat and shop, which is extremely convenient. One more thing to note is that it's not in the buzzling centre of the shopping road so you will still get some peace and quiet when going to sleep or relaxing. Overall, a great location and great hotel alike.

Toilets corners are very dirty washing should be properly done stains are not removed something are not done as promised can be improved some staffs not approachable everything don’t know may be new we are not sure

This hotel is not maintained at all. Do not get heated with the reviews and photos online. They hired young boys to maintain the hotel so the condition is really bad and smelly. We got conned to stay in this hotel and had no choice as our booking in Avenue 11 got cancelled without reasons. The boys refused to carry out luggage and insisted for us to carry ourself despite watching kids with us. One of the security insist for tips before deciding to help us. Worst ever hotel . Feel like they are running this hotel for some other kind business looks really scary and suspicious.
