Ulasan Hallmark Regency Hotel - Johor Bahru

Very near to KSL, lots of food eateries around, will suggest my friends and colleagues to stay at hallmark Regency.. very convenient to travel around.

It was my first time staying here, and I didn’t expect it to be such a great experience! We decided to pay a few extra dollars for breakfast, and it was totally worth it — a wide variety including local nasi lemak, porridge, noodles, and even a coffee machine. We booked a room for two people, but to our surprise, we were given a spacious room that could accommodate up to four. Although the design was a little dated, the room was large and had everything we needed. The water pressure was strong, and the drainage worked perfectly. There were no bottled waters provided, but the room came with a jar and cups, and we were informed that we could refill water near the lift area. The location was also very convenient — just a short distance to KSL Mall. If you don’t feel like walking, it’s only a few minutes away by car. There’s also a food court behind the hotel with lots of delicious local food. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Breakfast don't have so many choice. But is ok for us.. Bed sheets and towers are too old. Some are already fade out.. Some furniture have upgraded.. Location no good..

Good stay

The hotel was near the KSL mall. Although we were prohibited to have a durian in this hotel, the durian store only took us 10 minutes walking from the hotel. We're having like ike 10KG kg of musang king durian at the durian store at KSL market and come back to sleep happily. What a beautiful moment!

We had a very nice stay . And will be happy to recommend to friends who wants to have a short get away to JB.

Location is super good, next to food centre and the Pasar Malam which opens every Monday. Hotel looks small, room is less than satisfactory despite newly renovated. Bathroom is not renovated I think. TV is not working well too. Breakfast does not taste good. Will not stay again even though it is cheap. Food at Mid Valley is good.

We booked a family room for 4 pax, check in without any issues, room is quite clean and tidy. Location is just beside Grand Paragon and mine of walk to Ksl w lots of cheap staffs and eateries... Area of improvement: Aircon not as powerful, need to wait a while b4 cooling the whole room

It is a decent budget hotel with good service. They upgraded us from a Deluxe Double to a 4-pax room, which was a pleasant surprise. The sahur breakfast had rice, two dishes, soup, porridge, and free-flow drinks, but a buffet would be better—some guests may not eat rice early. Check-out was strict, only extended to 12:30 pm. Overall, a reasonable stay with minor inconveniences.

Good location price reasonable. But breakfast provided is not up to expectations can improve further.

There should be balcony or window for getting some fresh Oxygen... the breakfast menus are expected to improve... noticed the soup provided was the instant one, should also add a few more menus. Hotel is secured, room, washroom are good.
