設施：設備基本都很齊全，房間內的用品質量都不錯，唯一小瑕疵就是沒有洗衣房，餐廳晚上沒啥吃的，衹有碟頭飯。 衞生：衞生挺不錯的，比較乾淨，可是入住的時候房間有點怪怪的味道，不知道是不是剛拖完有點潮濕。 環境：環境自然是最好的，對着高椅嶺，景色非常棒，有大陽台。 服務：前台服務也不錯。

非常好哦！前一天晚上就到了郴州，定了維也納國際，一晚上沒怎麼睡好，第二天換到這裏，簡直太棒了有沒有？！ 到前台就很熱情的招呼，幫選個適合帶孩家庭的房型，對娃也熱心招呼。擔心水不夠喝，一個勁拿水給你，實際上房間裏放滿了5,6瓶。 房間面積雖然不太大，但是乾淨整潔，特別是床鋪和枕頭，真是太舒服了，躺下就知道能安心睡個好覺，事實是真的都能安心到天亮！ 另外吹爆的是酒店早餐，真的太好吃了！種類多味道好，中西式自助，口味多樣！ 本來衹預訂了一晚，後兩天攜程跟團，住過來之後和管家商量，把後兩天的酒店也一起訂在這裏了 設施：新裝修的，都很新，電視很大屏，娃很開心！ 衞生：乾淨，整潔。 環境：簡約典雅。 服務：熱情周到。出門早還可以讓酒店幫忙打包早餐，提前一天和酒店前台説明就行 不大喜歡拍照，最後一天早餐照片來張，拿少少，我這幾天真的是吃頂了

國慶出來旅遊，看到高鐵西站附近有這家酒店而且還是剛開業不久的，裝修設備都挺新的，果斷就選擇了預訂。坐高鐵來的郴州，到達的時間都是凌晨了，帶着小朋友也不好等車，畢竟也這麼晚了。看到這家酒店居然還有接送，打了個電話過去預約，接聽的是前台歐陽，服務特別熱情。做事也很細緻，不到一分鐘就已經預訂好了，溝通順暢，值得點贊！出站後外面還是很擁堵，幸好離得近也沒有在路上耽擱時間太久。來到酒店就看到裝修很大氣，大堂內都掛滿了紅旗，佈置的特別好看！很有節日的氛圍。前台辦理入住也很快，減少了等待的時間，還貼心的送上了小童拖鞋和牙刷，看我們到店時間晚，還免費幫我們延遲退房時間，服務特別細緻周到。這個酒店給我的體驗感特別好，值得好評！
