服務：民宿的姐姐們超級可愛的 人很好 下午到店的時候在下雨 打傘出來接我們 有問題諮詢也非常耐心都會馬上來解決
環境：很閑適的裝修風格 個人非常愛 就在湖邊 有一個視野很不錯的觀景點 正中間有一個很有特點的天窗 鄉野環境也比較好 重點是晚上休息超級安靜
衞生：很乾凈的 而且房間裏還有淡淡的香氛
設施：房間裏陳設該有的都有 重點是還有投影儀 可以直接投屏
總之真的很喜歡！！！民宿供應的餐食也很正點 食材也是店主新鮮買的 早餐是訂房間自帶 也很贊。我們後來下午都在下雨 就沒出門待在酒店休息 感覺一點也不無聊。非常好的選擇～

滿分5分我給4分的一家酒店，裝修算是比較老的四星級酒店。
優點：
①位置好，距離市一醫院南院很近，方便就醫。
②房間很大，有足夠的活動空間，標間內有辦公桌椅，還有兩個小沙發。
③衞生間做了乾濕分離，淋浴間很大，做了防滑，馬桶放置在拐角。
④送了2張早餐券，有粉有面，可以選擇的種類多，味道還不錯。
⑤前台服務好，響應要求很迅速。
缺點：
①隔音較差，我晚上10點關燈睡覺，斷斷續續聽到窗外的車流聲、鳴笛聲，走廊外面其他住客的聲音，還有不知道哪裡傳來的ktv的唱歌聲。（8樓）辦入住的時候也聽到其他住客説太吵了。
②房間的地毯時間比較久了，不是很乾凈，電視也是老款，看起來不能投屏（雖然我沒打開）。
③淋浴間是透明的，且沒有懸掛衣物的地方，噴頭一個高一個矮（設定在腰部），矮的那個衹能拿起來沖，不明白這種配置是為了什麼，並不方便。
④洗手池的水龍頭非常貼近水池邊緣，一開水妥妥濺到外面。
⑤提供的一次性牙刷刷頭窄、握的地方很薄，刷起牙來很費力。
雖然前台有花茶，但不是每個人都喜歡喝花茶，建議在前台放置一個飲水機，供住客取用。服務方面可以多考慮一些看病的人的需求，做得更好。就説這些吧，如果下次還訂這家酒店肯定是因為它的位置。

酒店屬於小區類公寓房型 都很新 一進去感覺就是小 床也就1米 帶個小孩都有點問題那種 看了下1米2的都算要更貴收費 這就有點不厚道了
酒店有個很大的問題 就是洗澡水壓低到沒法洗 弄的我媽都沒洗澡 怕着涼 水温也不高 私湯也是折騰人 就是個池子放温水 感覺那麼新的樓供水存在那麼大的問題實在不應該 然後酒店吃飯的食府衹有一個師傅 吃飯等的太難受了 不如出去吃

訂的私湯別墅 checkin後有管家帶去房間 小姐姐還挺nice的，
房間剛進去有點潮，開空調後就舒服了，早晚都會放水，比公共的乾淨。另外房間外面種的桂花，開花很香，覺得很贊～
酒店送的早餐在新樓，門口有小火車帶去吃早餐，不過那天早上等的有點久。酒店早餐倒是挺豐富，家人都挺滿意的。
離開酒店不好打車，有個管家小妹妹很熱心給了我一個附近開車師傅的電話讓我聯繫看是否能接送

我是春節來訂的，首先的去高椅崎也不遠。可能是在工業區，所有提前訂也不貴，價格不錯！房間可以是小度語音控制，房間很大，大床房一家三口睡也不擠。如果天氣很冷的話，明顯感覺暖氣不夠，而且隔音也一般。我住12樓，冬天熱水是夠的，但水壓就不是很猛，不過也夠用。廁所居然沒有一次性套，因為這次住了幾天不同的酒店，基本也有配一次性馬桶套的了。衞生可以。

我是幫家人訂的，整體來説非常不錯首先是#服務，因為家人年紀大了，怕他一個人找不到酒店位置，所以提前打電話聯繫了酒店前台預約接站，加了前台小郭，出示了酒店訂單和高鐵票，協調好了接站時間馬上就預約好了，還提醒我讓我家人多穿點衣服因為這幾天郴州比較冷 ，雖然我家人已經出發了，一出站就有工作人員打電話聯繫告訴他在哪裡等，接站的小哥也很熱情，提前就舉着一個大牌子很顯眼，這樣也不需要找太久，省得大冷天的不用在外面挨凍，這點真的非常不錯[強][強]，然後家人到酒店比較晚了，也向小郭諮詢了周邊環境等等，最後選擇了外賣 ，酒店是有機器人送餐服務 ，但是前台小郭怕我家人不會使用直接親自給送上去了，真的非常感謝她#衞生，房間設施設備都很齊全，因為是新開業的，地板設施等等都很乾凈，窗簾是全自動的，床頭還有免費的數據線可以使用，#設施，電梯旁邊有自助擦鞋機，尤其是這幾天下雪，鞋子容易搞臟有這個就很不錯， 酒店大堂有自助的咖啡機可以接熱水，還有一直保温的熱茶， 大冬天的喝上一杯真的很温暖，房間裏面也提供茶包應該是同款可以直接帶走，而且開發票也是全電子的，直接掃碼提交訊息，填寫好郵箱，前台開好之後就馬上可以發送到郵箱裏麪了，也可以直接轉發，很方便#環境 地理位置離高鐵很近 他們來接站的話五分鐘就到了 附近如果要晚上去散散步的話可以去月形山公園，隔壁直連的美宜佳是24小時營業。

SScarletTheWandererWow! 🤩 This is one of the most wonderful hotels I’ve stayed in! The views from the rooms are incredible. Waking up to sunrise hitting the water and mountains was amazing! The rooms are super clean, the showers strong and the sheets and bed are luxurious. I booked the Mountain View which was very nice with a balcony but decided to upgrade to lake view when I arrived as the views were incredible! Loved the bath!!! The staff are so kind, friendly, helpful and always greet you with a smile. The boss and staff went out of their way to help me have the best time during my stay. The check in was simple and easy. Breakfast was a big bowl of delicious fresh noodles and an assortment of Chinese breakfast treats, along with tasty fresh local fruits! Every night they give you fresh local fruit after dinner too – so nice!
Looking directly over the lake, it’s 5 meters from a walking path right beside the lake and you can easily explore the whole area by foot from here, or rent bikes nearby to see more of the lakeline. It’s also very close to the boat that brings you to Phoenix Island so it’s very conviennent.
Navigating your way there is easy and there is plenty of free parking out front. From here you can walk into town to get dinner or some snacks which is only 5-10mins but has plenty of options. It’s far enough away that it’s very peaceful here at night and you can see the moon reflected on the water and sleep in peace.
Would really recommend this place for families, couples or friends travelling as it’s just wonderful! Can’t wait to come back and stay again!

When we arrived at the hotel the owners were very inviting and friendly. They even invited us to eat lunch with them cooked by themselves as we hadn’t eaten! The hotel is run by a kind and loving family. They helped us order taxi’s, food and gave great recommendations of what to do.
The hotel provided delicious fruit for us to eat each day and couldn’t have made us feel more welcome!

Cleanliness - overall cleanliness is pretty good at the lobby and room. However the carpet in my room is stained at the bed area.
Amenities- standard amenities and facilities. Gym looks ok but cigarette smell lingering . Maybe due to a smoking fall. I decided not to use and did my run outside . The cafe / restaurant might be a little small. At 720 , I had to wait 15 min for a table to be available.
Choice of food western and Chinese fare available .
You should give your chef a set of proper uniforms. I observed a 大妈with a chef hat doing topping up of food.

TTianyangbaba優點:1客棧導航位置準確，就在公路邊，但又不會受噪音影響，因為有大約3、50米距離。2門前停車超級方便，客棧旁邊不遠還有一處充電站，竟然沒有佔位費，晚上去充電早上開回來，太適合自駕遊。3老闆一家超級熱情，簡直是有求必應。老闆娘車接車送到景區，老闆幫忙規劃景區路線，老闆媽媽擔心同行的老母親行動不便，早飯送到我們住的前樓。4他家有前後兩處，都是自家的樓，客棧房間都位於3 4兩層，我們住的前面的美麗坦，也是來了才知道有前後。住了親子房，房間設計非常棒，傢俱、床品、布草有品質，關鍵衞生太過關！因為放東西用紙巾擦過茶几和牀頭櫃，竟然連浮灰都沒有，你敢相信！5最服氣的一點，和老闆聊過，客棧23年8月左右才正式營業，現在房間沒有一絲異味，説明裝修材料、房間用具有品質，就這一點恐怕是正規酒店都不一定做得到。6熱水供應充足，3人連洗沒有問題。洗手液藍月亮，洗衣液植物草本，一次性刮鬍刀，你能想象這是一家農家客棧。7親子房配了許多可愛的毛絨玩具，還有小點心和糖果以及茶葉，結果19歲的兒子竟然很喜歡😍
建議:1第一次看到馬桶套是帶卡通圖案的，非常可惜的是有一點小，扯破了，建議能否大一點。2房間可能比較大，空調需要用一段時間才能暖和，對於北方來的小夥伴，不能馬上暖和起來，可能稍稍影響體驗。
綜合評價:超級推薦有需要的小夥伴入住！強推！
題外話:後面那棟樓沒住不瞭解情況。但前面這兩層絕對是符合星級標準的，全國目前為止衹有西藏 澳門還沒去過，其他省市自治區直轄市都或多或少去過一些城市，高椅嶺客棧超越一些星級酒店！來體驗吧！

PPengguna Tetamu來出差的，真的對酒店一些細節服務有感動到，入住酒店的時候是早上十點多，那個時候剛下高鐵很累，一進酒店有被前台小姐姐的笑容和熱情有點感染到，然後遞了一杯暖心熱茶，前台小姐姐辦理速度很快，進房間就洗完澡休息了，房間很大，床也軟很舒服，醒來到前台詢問了一下附近好吃的和玩的介紹，然後叫樓層大姐簡單收拾了一下衞生生，回來很驚喜的發現樓層大姐把我襪子洗了晾好了，還有在17樓洗衣房洗的衣服烘乾送到了房間，真的每次出差住的酒店從來沒有這種細節的服務，有被感動到，還有忘記説了十樓有免費健身房，對於養生，喜歡運動的朋友是很好的選擇，真心為這酒店的服務和設施點贊[強]
