Premier Inn London Tolworth

ホテルとして普通でした。ただ室内は少し酢のようなツンとした匂いが… Tolworth自体も少しセントラルロンドンからは離れていますし、最寄に通っている電車が土日運休するようなのでバス必須になります。

Stayed for 3 nights over a weekend. Great location, right next to the train station so easy access to London. Not much else in the area apart from a few shops. Room was clean and comfortable. Had to pay £15 to check in 90 minutres early even when the rooms were already ready which was a bit of a con. Totally understand early check in if you want to guarantee it from 11am but when its ready and only 90 minutes it is purely to get more money out of you. Restaurant food was really nice. Staff really pleasant, the chef even came out to help when the waitress was busy. 'Cookie' made really nice meals for us on Saturday and was very friendly. The free wifi is complete rubbish and our mobile signal wasnt great inside the building. Maybe another way to get you to pay for the ultimate wifi? On the day we departed, we wanted a sleep in to leave at 12 but housekeeping entered the room at 9.30 and then knocked again at 10.30 which I found really unsettling. If check out is 12noon, then dont come in my room until then. There was no do not disturb signs in the rooms either. For a budget hotel (just over £50 a night) and only 30 minutes on the train Waterloo, this is a great place to stay for exploring the city.

Staying 2 nights on a work trip . Stayed here numerous times . Staff are always so nice and helpful , but they do all seem rushed off their feet and look like they are doing several jobs at once . Rachel checked me in at reception. She was swift and welcoming and happy . . Food is OK, but again, the chef was on his own and seemed stressed when busy . Room is clean and warm . Breakfast is always good with plenty of choice . The hotel is ideal location to my work, and it is very convenient to tolworth train station , just a short walk . Good value for the money .

Travelled to London for family funeral. Hotel was perfectly located for our needs. We received a warm welcome and all the staff were lovely. Room was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable, additional pillows provided welcomed. Good selection at breakfast, both hot and cold, which set us up for the day and our trip home. Would stay again.

Really comfortable room with walk in shower. The staff were fantastic especially Rachel, Claire and Ray the chef who dished up a delicious dinner. Breakfast was fab too. The staff are extremely helpful and professional and went out of their way to make us welcome.
