Hotel dengan WiFi di Chesterfield

The casa is a very nice hotel to stay in. Check in quick and efficient and courteous staff as always. Plenty of parking spaces on site. Room has air conditioning and a good bath room with power shower. Tea and coffee available with a mini fridge for milk and water included. We had booked breakfast but completely forgot breakfast finished at 9am on a monday. I'm hoping that maybe next time we may be able to use this feature. Though to be fair we should have ordered to the room the night before for a small £5. A enjoyable stay nothing more to add.

I have used this place a few times for groups. This time they really fell short. There is no one in charge. Very difficult to speak to a manager. Issues with the restaurant. Short staffed. Food was too salty. Soya sauce based dishes were not edible. No one asked when sent back unfinished if there was an issue. Only robots delivering food and very inexperience staff. Couldn't order more drinks in good time. Breakfast is buffet and is very basic. Ok. It is clean. However, for £250 a room I think that it is overpriced. Thank goodness for Trip.com much better rate 2 days before the event. Baths do not drain. Taps and fittings are loose or not finished properly. Poor customer service overall, despite having 5 rooms in our group and dinner for 10. Said they would call me back. Which they have not. That was after speaking to a man who said that he was not the manager, had only worked there for 8 weeks, yet told me that I was not familiar with the service industries! Such a shame. Will have to find somewhere else next time. Not a hint of a smile or an apology or anything to say that he would feed back. 🤷

A really lovely gem, We stayed for my partners 40th birthday for a quiet celebration. As soon as I had made my booking the guest services team emailed asking if there was anything they could assist with and booked us a table for dinner which was greatly appreciated. When we arrived the reception was lovely, spotlessly clean and the lady who checked us in (I wish I had gotten her name) was so welcoming and friendly. Whilst checking in the lady informed us we had been upgraded to a suite which was absolutely lovely and made the trip even more special. Once in the suite everything was perfect, it was spacious and the view was lovely. The bed was absolutely huge and so incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was again spotless and spacious and had toiletries and towels provided. The shower was brilliant and had great pressure, We did try to use it in the morning and couldn’t get the water as warm however it was a very cold morning and I suspect prime time for the hot water so it didn’t bother us and wasn’t worth mentioning to the team. We made two trips to the restaurant on site and both meals were absolutely delicious and the staff so attentive. In the morning for breakfast one of the waitresses had a particularly awkward guest and she had the patience of a saint and kept a smile on her face throughout so hats off to her. Overall it was an absolutely lovely stay, The staff are a credit to this hotel and we both said we hope to return to stay again soon. If you are looking for a little gem with lovely views and luxury this is the place to be.

My long suffering wife booked a spa day at the Ringwood for our 19th wedding anniversary. I have never been to a Spa before and wasn’t sure what to expect. We arrived at the Spa and was greeting by lovely staff who explained everything we needed to know about our day. We had afternoon tea at the coach house, this was lovely and filling. We then had an illuminate body glow mud patch massage, this was 50 minutes of bliss resulting in me being relaxed and falling asleep 😴 . We had a 3 course evening meal at the coach house which was beautiful. Fresh, full of flavour, good portions and served well. I’m surprised at the negative reviews. We had an executive room which was good but not great. It was clean and comfy. Overall a great experience which I am keen to repeat. Thank you team Ringwood.

A well located very comfortable Hotel. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Well laid out lounge next to Reception with a bar and where breakfast was served and also had a snooker table. A nice touch which in the present economic situation, many Hotels would have ceased doing, was the daily chocolate mints
