Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Chiang Mai

Absolutely loved the place. The service was good,we had breakfast jst one day and it was lovely. Location is also good, just five mins walk from the main road and very near from Maya mall and opposite to Maya mall, they have night markets and we were lucky to be able to go there. Our rooms and beds were cleaned everything, water refilled everyday and anytime we asked.. they provided very nice quality of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash and body lotion. Me and my sister had a lovely time here. Will absolutely stay again when I come to Chiang Mai again!!

A nice boutique hotel that is very pet-friendly. The hotel also has a small pool if you want to take your dog for a swim. We also used the outdoor shower next to the pool to bathe our dog. All premises are cleaned daily and staff are friendly. My only disappointment with the room were the bath towels as they were quite thin and worn. Also, must be careful of the many Soi (street) dogs in the neighbourhood when walking your dog. We carried a hiking pole to scare them off if need be. There is a cafe on site that serves good coffee and simple but tasty meals both western and Thai cuisine. The cafe allows you to bring in your pet with you. Also, there are some other nice restaurants nearby with outdoor seating that allow dogs on leash (best to ask first). Otherwise great stay and would recommend if you need a pet-friendly place with close proximity to central Chiang Mai.

Nice location, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Street parking. Checked-in and decided to leave and book into another hotel shortly after - concerned about security, staff left for dinner leaving hotel wide open, we were the only guest. Staff pleasant - reception had a bed in and was used by the staff. Somewhat dated, tap didn’t work in bathroom, shower poor, shared fridge outside the room. TV has number of channels, could connect to Netflix (needed own user/password). Lots of mosquitoes. Asked for refund (paid 4 nights) - offered to pay first night, refused.

Staff are polite and nice, speak basic mandarin and English. Heater not working on the day we checkin. have to bear with the cold shower,the next morning back normal. Slipper not provided as been told happen to be out of stock. Requested for addition pillow which also not provided as been told there is no spared ones in their hotel. There is no door to the toilet but only a shower curtain which means when any of you using the toilet the rest in the room will hear the sounds clear enough and woke up. The room is not soundproof enough. can hear people talking outside and neighbours all the time. Cleanliness:Good Overall :an overpriced hotel

The River Art Hotel has been a little gem in Chiang Mai. It is close enough to sights but not in a touristy area so it is peaceful and quiet. The Old City is about 10 mins away by tuk tuk, lots of shops and restaurants to try. The River Art Hotel is directly on the river and has a garden area with tables to enjoy breakfast with a view. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. I stayed here with my small dog and we both had a great time. The room was large and clean with a balcony overlooking the river. The bathroom was fantastic with a big soaker tub and rain shower. I was very happy with my stay here and would stay here again.

ตัวโรงแรมอยู่ในมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลล้านนา ซึ่งอยู่เยี้ยงกับทางเข้าประตูใหญ่ของมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ทางขึ้นดอยสุเทพ ตัวโรงแรมมีที่จอดรถไม่มากแต่สามารถจอดบริเวณใกล้เคียงได้ปลอดภัยมีเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง พนักงานต้อนรับน้องที่เป็นผู้หญิงบริการดีมาก ส่วนอีกคนนึงที่ผอมกว่าหน้าตาค่อนข้างบึ้งตึงไม่ค่อยรับแขก ในห้องแอร์เย็นช้า น้ำฝักบัวไหลช้ามากไม่แรงอาบน้ำไม่สะใจ ทีวีมีหลายช่องและชัดเจนทุกช่อง เตียงนอนสบาย แต่ให้หมอนหนุนมาใบเดียว ต้องขอเพิ่มซึ่งใช้เวลานานมากกว่าจะเอามาให้ พนักงานต้อนรับรอบเย็นและรอบกลางคืนบริการดีมาก อาหารเช้าเป็นแบบง่ายง่ายจานเดียวแต่ทานแล้วอิ่มมีทั้งชากาแฟและขนมปังให้ทาน นับว่าเป็นอีกโรงแรมหนึ่งที่น่าสนใจหากต้องมาพักบริเวณใกล้มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ขอแนะนำ

Me and my husband are traveling with our dog so finding a pet friendly stay in Thailand is a bit more tricky. I found Pha-Thai house and we stayed first for 9 days but ended up extended for 4 more days. I recommend this hotel it is absolutely beautiful. The staff is great and so helpful. Our dog felt at home and they even have their own dog that our dog got to play with. This hotel is close to restaurants and other activities. Everything needed is walking distance also some beautiful temples close by. They also give advice on what to do and call transportation if needed. We felt so at home and at peace. They also have a very clean pool that we spent alot of time at. The beds are comfy. AC works great. We also had a nice balcony looking over the inner yard. It is a very sweet spot. Very much worth the price!
