15 mins way from the town by motorbike but close to the Chiang Mai shopping centre - festival. Also quite easy to get around anyway because Chiang Mai is small. Room was spacious and well designed. Modern and clean. Excellent pool and lush natural landscaping. Nice lobby to wait at. The only bad thing was our hot water system wasn’t working and the water was either cold or very hot with no in between. Highly recommend this hotel. Would definitely rebook again.

This is a new, modern hotel, with beautifully landscaped greenery in the courtyard. Our room was large, well designed and clean, it faced the pool so it was quiet with the soothing sound of running water. The staff are very helpful and polite and we had a really nice stay here. The location is a little out of town, about ten mins in a taxi, but we didn’t mind this as it was far quieter than being in the centre. The pool looks impressive but is freezing cold! Probably a bigger hit in the height of summer. The shower was a little disappointing, again everything looks very impressive, but lacked a little pressure and also did not stay hot for very long. The bath was a lovely touch though (remember to turn up the water heater under the sink beforehand). Overall, terrific value for money and would recommend for those after space, peace and quiet and don’t mind being a little further from the old town.

Big room with reasonable price. Location is good easy to travel. The smell very nice but staff cannot provide the branding of diffuser.. so sad. Suitable for family travellers.

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Decent choice for comfortable stay. Clean and inviting place. Staffs are friendly, helpful and courteous. No food provided.. Used the laundry service, it's decent, you've got to go to the reception to pick up the clothes. There is a laundromat, 7/11, amazon coffee, bakery, and Thai/ Japanese restaurant nearby - about 5 mins walk. Wasn't aware that the slippers were reused by guests, so I threw it away after I killed a bug, and had to pay 200 baht for that during check-out. Had a few swims even though the waters were freezing during December. I loved the stay, was serene and restful.

Room was spacious and staff was helpful and friendly. 7-11 was about 5 minutes walking distance. Everything is fine

Stayed here many times. Great hotel only down side is taxis to and from the old town. Would stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great room service and amenities. Spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Great view, we could even watch the sunset and the hills in the distance. Decent gym and nice pool. Lots of local shops nearby for food or massage. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we booked a few tours through the hotel and it was all great.

Never did get to stay for this week and they would refund my money but what can you do?

The hotel was good, nice big room. Clean but there were stains on the towels. There is no breakfast or any other food or drinks available, that's too bad but there is a 7/11 like 5 minutes away. We liked that it was in a quiet area and it was only a 10 minute drive to the old city.

The room was absolutely beautiful with all the amenities you could need & the bathroom is amazing. It's just a little too far out of the historical city so you will definitely need some form of transport also there isn't much in walking distance apart from a 7/11. The staff although very friendly are quite useless but it's forgivable. I was disappointed with some of the outside businesses recommended by the hotel staff as I found much cheaper with better service relatively easily.

Ana park was lovely and clean, we chose the hotel as a break from hostels, the bedrooms felt very luxurious and beds comfortable. We did have an issue with the temperature of the water which they soon came to fix but was a bit temperamental. Also worth noting the pool is in the shade so if you’re hoping to sunbathe you won’t be able to. Location is quite far out but we were glad of this in the end as we explored the bars and restaurants outside of the old town. You can easily get grabs and red buses from the road from outside the hotel if you don’t want to walk.
