Ulasan Lani Chiang Mai Hotel

I requested the double bed and explained I am pregnant as special request but never received any email that this would not be possible and when I arrived they said they didn’t have it and would push 2 single beds together which is not comfortable or I would need to pay for the upgraded room with king size bed which was $30 more. Feels kind of like a scam so if you must have one bed you need to call the hotel to make sure they have it ahead of time. They did push 2 single beds together and put a double bed mattress on top which was comfortable enough and everything else was fine. Breakfast was ok. The water was not hot but they came and fixed the controller for the temp and was plenty hot after that. The location was ok but next time I might try another area like riverside or Nimman. But the location was quieter than Old City.

Clean room , comfortable bed , Nice staff. Typical problem of booking a double bed and getting two singles ...Seems to be a constant issue with Thai hotels. They offer a choice of double or two singles when booking however its always subject to availability. How about cutting the BS and showing exactly what is available ?

Room and service was good but location a bit away from things/ city center.

The good thing: big balcony for yoga, some stuffs are very friendly The things need to improve: the administration has relations with gangs, guest will be disturbed if they don't like gangs activities

Good hotel with nice breakfast. Room is spacious and clean. Staff are very friendly and courteous. The location is a bit far from the town area but is quiet. Can get transport using grab. Good stay! Thanks

깔끔하고 안내도 친절합니다. 다만 매트리스를 붙여서 더블침대를 만들었더라구요. 그거 빼고는 좋았습니다. 룸 컨디션도 좋았어요!

地點較偏偏遠 不是很熱鬧 周圍的餐廳也很少 走路到古城要一個小時左右 建議自駕或騎摩托車的人住非常之推薦 但服務人員的服務 非常友善且親切

房間面積不錯，設施也很完善，位置好找，附近吃的也多，從酒店出來左拐走500米有很多吃喝玩樂的，打摩託車40泰銖就可以到寧曼路了，總體來説這個價格非常合適

⚠️⚠️⚠️來清邁千萬不要定這家👹拉尼酒店👹事情是這樣的： 我凌晨12點左右在酒店門口預訂了兩間雙床房，我告知他有五大兩小童入住後，晚上值班的男性服務員當我麪確認訂單。後面又將情況視頻告知經理，經理告訴他，要收加床費，但是衹能第二天續房再給我加床，我説既然你收我加床費那今晚就應該給我加床。我三番五次和他溝通，他們説不可以。 無奈之下我在平台申請取消訂單，並且説既然不行我就不入住了，麻煩你同意退款！服務員解釋説，需要平台聯繫他們，沒有辦法，我衹能離開這裏找別的地方入住。 第二天下午14:57分，經過平台溝通，酒店衹退一間房間費用給我。😡真的是要錢*** 我衹想問拉尼酒店，為什麼同行的本地人就可以三人入住雙床房，中國人不可以。所以奉勸來清邁的中國人千萬不要入住這家坑人的酒店！ 並且周邊停車不方便，路也很小，旁邊都是酒吧，晚上很吵！
