Booked this hotel last minute for our trip to Chiang Mai, staying 6 nights with 3 adults and 1 child. The family room was really comfortable! The service was excellent. An extra bed was 1000 baht a night, and breakfast was included. While the breakfast was simple, it tasted great and satisfied my craving for bread! Every day, they refilled our bottled water and snacks, which was a nice touch. 😎 I have to praise the hotel's location – it's absolutely fantastic! It's in Nimman, and you can walk everywhere. Maya Mall, One Nimman, and Chiang Mai University are all within a 1km walk! There are also tons of great food and drink options nearby! Teresa Teng's favorite curry noodles and Joost drinks are all around! Coffee shops, brunch spots, massage places, 7-Eleven – you name it, it's there! I'd definitely stay here again.

Hotel was centrally located, close to restaurants and entertainment options. Staff were also friendly and helpful, although the room could have been better lit.

The room is dark, and the view from the window is basically blocked. I don’t like this hotel at all as they room can’t work as it’s for business

Room lighting was too dark at night. Curtains were not black out so room was bringt in the morning. Bed was excellent. Pillows and comforter were perfect.

Nice hotel on Nimman road. Close to restaurant and cafe. Very convenience with reasonable price. Highly recommend.

No basic amenities for example a toothbrush and a toothpaste. Location is in the heart of the city. No 24-hour staff to troubleshoot your requests.

Nice simple place rucked away from the busy side of niman area. Nothing much to comment about the room as it has the badic necessities. There are also food choices near by and a mall close by. I will return to stay at this place again.

The hotel's restaurant wasn't even open during the stay. Completely overpriced and not worth it.

Absolutely excellent hotel. Room was spotless, and location perfect - great restaurants and bars on the doorstep and old part of Chiang Mai easily walkable. Plenty of variety at breakfast with friendly efficient service throughout my stay. Many thanks to all the staff.

Very nice

The environment is very good. It is right on Nimman Road. It is very convenient to get to Nimman One. It is only a five-minute walk. There are massage parlors all around. It is only a three-minute walk to Teresa Teng Noodle House. The Thai breakfast is also very delicious. There are five kinds of set meals. They all taste good.

Pros - Great location, close to everything, within walking distance - Soft bed, soft towels, good hot water - Free snacks in the room Cons - No parking. There's a paid parking lot across from the hotel, 60 baht per visit, 100 baht per night - TV only has standard channels. It's time to upgrade to a smart TV.

The room is very small, there is no toothbrush, the service is very poor, there is no waiter downstairs
