Room exactly like in picture. Definitely more value than the price paid - big hotel lobby, spacious room, clean, strong air conditioning. It is a fine hotel to stay in at this price but don’t compare to modern 4 stars - very old designs but clean and spacious for a comfortable stay. Tip: There is another exit behind the lobby cafe that leads to a condotel and another main road closer to Nimman.

Great location. It’s within walking distance of Maya mall and the main food hub area. Amenities a bit lacking. No toothbrush or toothpaste. WiFi is free but logs me off several times during the day. Overall a great hotel. Will recommend to other will come again.

There is no proper upkeep of the hotel and believe it happens like this in all Furama hotells even the one in Singapore. Think they have no budget to clean the window and it was full of algae. The hotel charged cheap price to entice customers. The breakfast was horrible and not much choices. The only good thing about this hotel is close to Maya mall.

Absolutely loved our stay in this hotel for about 16 days. It's a big hotel close to Maya mall and upon our request to a higher floor room with great views were granted by the cute and efficient front office staff which made us to stay longer in this gorgeous town. Staff is really nice, efficient, the best here. Our room was in the 10th floor directly across the mountain view and Maya mall. Loved the view. Private balcony with sweeping views. Our room was really spacious, comfy bed and pillows with lovely comforter, big bathroom with ample hot water, shower and jacuzzi, toiletries are provided except for toothbrush, bathrobes and slippers provided. There's a security deposit box. Decent tv with cable channels. Free Wifi but the speed can be improved. There's a sofa bed which is really comfy too. There's a desk and a chair to work as well. Perfect space for people who work. Hotel seem to have two swimming pools but rooftop pool and bar is closed for renovations. There's a gym with decent equipments. Pool towels are provided. Sauna is adjacent to the gym. There's a restaurant and bar on the ground floor. Free water bottles, tea and coffee provided. Daily housekeeping and absolutely the best housekeeping staff. Had enough and more privacy while enjoying our stay. We highly recommend this perfect hotel to everyone who visits Chiang Mai.

Nice hotel but location is not suitable for walking. If you have car that would be ok.

Comfortable and easy to go Nimman road and MEYA Chiang Mai. Good view to see Doi Suthep. Too quiet place and room wild. So good for sleep . Be center of town.

Over all experience was good. The view from my room was breathtaking. And the staffs were also very friendly and helpful. The only issue there for me was that the wifi was very slow. But since we had unlimited data on our tourist sims it wasn’t much of a problem for us. Definitely would recommend :)

Great Facilities. I love the swimming pool and the sauna. The food during breakfast at superb with a lot of food choices available.

Good value place. Must have been a top hotel in the the past, now old and need a new renovation, but for the price, I am perfectly happy to stay here for a month. Walkable to Nimman where a lot of eateries are, and we discovered it has another entrance/exit by going to the condo side, and there you will also find an old laundry facility. The place offers a relatively large space for my family of 3 with a small Fridge and a safe, so we stayed here for the full 3 week duration while in Chiangmai. It is about a 10 minute walk to Maya shopping mall where you can get groceries. You can book directly on the hotel website and you get discount for more than 5 days of stay, so we found the price could not be beat. Similar hotels around Nimman were about double, but of course also newer.
