Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Leider sind die Zimmer nicht besonders sauber.

It's a nice cosy place in Istanbul where we spend a day between two trips. The hotel occupies several beautifully renovated old buildings on top of the hill. You'll get a stunning view on the harbour and the city. The room was as expected - not big, but warm and clean. The only minor thing you should consider - it's wet there (because of the climate and the sea) so if you are allergic to mold, you need to choose your room carefully. Breakfast was good and the stuff superb and very welcoming ❤ The train station is right below the hill so it's easy to travel around the area. There are also lots of shops and cafes below. Loved this place!

Pas de restaurant près de l'hôtel, accès au centre-ville difficile, les taxis ne se deplacent pas jusqu'à l'hôtel, le personnel ne renseigne pas correctement Les demandes ne sont pas prises en compte....

Gli unici due punti a favore sono il personale gentile e la pulizia degli ambienti. E' posto sopra una salita che ti fa passare la voglia di uscire dall'hte, la stanza era al piano -2 e di fianco la porta c'erano scope e prodotti per la pulizia. Tutta in legno con pareti sottilissime, ho dormito pochissimo e la colazione era quasi tutta salata, di dolce c'era giusto pane e marmellata.

Hotel was good in general. Our room was a bit small but guessing it was because we had the economic room. Breakfast was great, plenty options to choose from. A truly Turkish breakfast. The staff were friendly. Location was walkable to Sultanahmet. Overall, good experience.

It is up the hill an the building and streets are so old that no taxi wants to drive there. Im the morning you hear chicken and orher birds. Very loud. But the room was clean and big.

Very nice! All employees are very kind and friendly! The place is clean and cosy, the views are spectacular. It is important to check how to get here because it is a little tricky and I would recommend to put a sign near the doorbell for precision.

Girişse sıkıntı yok. Oda temizligi vasat, tv kumandası olmadığı için oda degiştrildi tesekkurler. Kahvalti guzel. Yeni bir yetkili işe başlamış adam her şeye hakim ve başarılı.

The service provided was out standing. Helped us to get taxi. The room was clean but there was mosquitoes in it.Thats the only complaint.

Sehr schön in halbhöhen Lage gelegen

Vista dalla stanza magnifica. Pulizia ineccepibile e stanza gradevole. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo Albergo situato in posizione poco agevole, e zona degradata. La metropolitana passa sotto L’albergo perciò dopo le 7 di mattina è impossibile dormire. Colazione un po’ scarsa per un quattro stelle. Personale cordiale.
