The location of the hotel is great and close to everything, but it's on a steep hill which makes it really tiring, especially when you're heading out for breakfast or walking around. The room they gave us was spacious, which I appreciated, but unfortunately, it wasn't very clean. The bed was also uncomfortable and felt uneven. Another downside was that the room was located far from the main hotel building, so it felt like we were staying somewhere completely different. That was pretty inconvenient. Overall, the experience wasn't completely bad, but there are definitely things that need improvement for a better stay.

I booked a hotel to stay one night in the main hotel after we arrive we checked in the hotel. They took us to completely different location which is it was a rooms part of apartment and horrible view completely different from the main hotel and after all this negotiation with them we were literally five minutes away from the main hotel trying to change the room day they refused. They were asking for another €50 to have like a bigger room or different rooms, and we decide to leave the hotel to not stay and they refuse to get refund . They do not tell the customers this is completely different building from the main hotel and they uploaded the picture on the website which is the main hotel which I am gonna upload it from the fourth picture afterward you can see the different between the picture they put from the apartment, which is nearly 4/5 minutes away from the main hotel

This hotel is a big scam we had ,pre booked the hotel one month ago and when we reached the hotel to check in they said the hotel is fully packed . so they had arranged substitute accommodation for us and it was not standard we were expecting(really low standards , curtains over there was not able to close properly)and it was not value for money

This was the worst experience in our travels. The room was so small we couldn't open our suit cases. The room smelled and had a dirty carpet. The room was over the train very loud, don't expect to sleep. The area is questionable and told by locals it's a dangerous area. We decided to switch hotels even though we already paid it was worth leaving!! The front desk clerk was very angry and unbeknownst to us told the taxi driver to take us to the bus stop. Luckily the taxi driver spoke English. Would not recommend 😕

Lovely, traditional hotel. My room was compact but had everything I need ~ including a little balcony! Amazing views of the city from on top of the hill; The pool and view from the sunbathing area is stunning. Helpful staff and option to book tours from there too. Very delicious breakfast!

Good location,nice view, reasonable price  friendly front desk staff ( all the 3 person s,, tottally good choice for small economy motel

Not as expected

It's a nice cosy place in Istanbul where we spend a day between two trips. The hotel occupies several beautifully renovated old buildings on top of the hill. You'll get a stunning view on the harbour and the city. The room was as expected - not big, but warm and clean. The only minor thing you should consider - it's wet there (because of the climate and the sea) so if you are allergic to mold, you need to choose your room carefully. Breakfast was good and the stuff superb and very welcoming ❤ The train station is right below the hill so it's easy to travel around the area. There are also lots of shops and cafes below. Loved this place!

One of the best in Istanbul with wonderful view. Most affordable one

Stunning views of the Bosphorus, good breakfasts. The hotel is shabby, there's mold in the bathroom, but that's the case everywhere in Istanbul. Overall, it's good and cozy. Recommended.

The hotel is impressive in its location, during your stay you feel like a character in the TV series about the Magnificent Age. To do this, you need to book a room with a view of the Bosphorus. The room is cleaned daily, linen and towels are changed on time. The bathroom with a shower is also completely OK. The breakfasts are good, with a sufficient selection of dishes. You can swim in the pool, relax on the terrace. You have to climb a hill to get to the hotel, it was not difficult for us. Within walking distance are historical places of excursions, the port embankment, bus stops, tram, metro.. This hotel is a find for a tourist who wants to have a pleasant rest in a beautiful comfortable place.

We booked a superior room but they gave us a room on the ground floor. Also, the sound insulation in the hotel was very poor; we could easily hear people walking upstairs. Apart from that, the breakfast was quite good. The view was excellent.
