The hotel entrance is quite small, tucked away in a small alley. However, it's very convenient for taxis. Turn right then left upon exiting, and you'll find a street dedicated to rattan products. Turn left then right, and you're at Tha Phae Gate and the Old City. Downstairs, to the left, there's an amazing fried noodle shop; 75 baht a plate, I went two days in a row! Warorot Market is also within walking distance. The location is absolutely fantastic and highly recommended, especially since it's quiet at night being in an alley. As for the hotel itself, it has a wet and dry separation in the bathroom, and the cleanliness is excellent. They even clean your room if you stay multiple nights. The breakfast is also good, with fried rice and noodles, fruit, cake, coffee, bread, and freshly fried eggs or scrambled eggs daily – they're delicious. If you're out and about exploring every day, this type of budget-friendly hotel is a superb choice; it really felt like a hidden gem. Highly recommended!

Great location, breakfast variety is a bit limited but tastes good. The bed is very comfortable. The pool is a bit small and according to my kids, the water is quite salty 🤣. They didn't ask for a deposit during check-in, which was unique among the four hotels we stayed at during this trip.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The location is excellent – we could walk to Tha Phae Gate and the Sunday Night Market, plus there's a 7-Eleven nearby. While the breakfast options were limited, it was delicious.

Extended my stay in Chiang Mai and decided to continue my stay here in this hotel as the whole experience was great. The new room i stayed was great as well.

The room is quite simple, and its location is very close to Tha Phae Gate, making it convenient to go anywhere. It offers great value for money! We initially stayed for two nights, then left for Pai, and returned here a few days later for another stay. Of course, if you have a thicker wallet, the experience at a high-end hotel would be even better.

Great location in Chiang Mai, close to Thapae Gate but on a peaceful side street. Clean, modern rooms. Small buffet breakfast with different options, including eggs cooked to order. Friendly staff at the front desk and at breakfast. My second time staying at this hotel, which is a great option when visiting Chiang Mai.

It's not a huge hotel, but the cleanliness is top-notch, very clean. The room I originally booked was a bit small, so I paid a little extra to upgrade to a bigger room. It was very quiet and had no strange odors.
