Spacious room with kitchen and standalone toilet and bathing area. Very good location with lots of stylish restaurants and cafes nearby. I will definitely book this again when I visit Osaka next time.

The room was clean and tidy, and the surrounding area was quiet and comfortable. Downstairs, there's a 24-hour convenience store 🏪, a bakery 🥯, a bento shop 🍱, and various izakayas 🏮, which is super convenient.

This hotel is a peaceful oasis in a bustling area. It's only about a ten-minute walk to Shinsaibashi. The bed was really comfortable, but the pillows were too soft. In the bathroom, there was no place to hang clothes while showering, which was inconvenient. However, the bathroom heater's drying function was excellent; my clothes were completely dry by the next morning. The separate wet and dry areas in the toilet were also great. It has a microwave, fridge, and all the necessary cutlery, so you can buy food like beef and cook it there. Overall, it was comfortable and satisfying, and I would definitely stay here again.

Nice and cozy hotel. Good located and friendly price. Good size bedroom space and interesting and comfortable bath area. The check in online is easy and comfortable. We also had a good view from the balcony. The only thing is the early check out.

The towels they provided were dirty, but I just used them because there were too many. I stayed for four days in total. On the third day, I wanted them to clean and change towels, but the email they replied said that cleaning service was not included. Everything else was fine. You can do laundry for free.

Very cozy, clean & tidy self-serviced place at the center of Shinsaibashi. Convenient location for shopping & delicious food. Well equipped with separated bathing room and toilet. A small kitchen and a table for 4 are also offered. Excellent ventilation system at the bathroom so washed clothes can be dried within a few hours.  Will definitely book again for our next trip to Osaka.

The location is perfect for us, as it is within walking distance to the vibrant Shinsaibashi Street, where we enjoyed shopping and dining. The only difficult part is the during the day of our arrival and departure since we have a lot of luggages to carry but other than that, location is ideal for us. Additionally, having a convenience store nearby was incredibly convenient for quick snacks and essentials. The space was more than adequate for our family. The room layout was thoughtfully designed, making it comfortable and practical, especially with a young child. We appreciated the range of facilities provided, including a cooker, utensils, fridge, microwave, and washing machine. These amenities made our stay much more convenient and home-like. However, I would recommend a couple of improvements to enhance the comfort of future guests. The bed could use an upgrade, as we could feel the springs, which affected our sleep quality. Additionally, for guests staying longer, it would be great if the hotel offered more frequent towel changes. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely book again for future trip and recommend to our friends as well.

It's very close to the pedestrian street, and there are supermarkets and many small shops nearby. It's all self-service. The facilities are also quite good.

The accommodation offers very good space for two people, especially considering it's in Japan. It's supposedly possible for up to four, but I think that would be quite cramped. The train station is a 10-minute walk away, and Dotonbori is 15-20 minutes away. There are many good restaurants in the surrounding streets, and customer support was always quick to respond. The accommodation doesn't have a reception, but there's a Yamato train station about 200 meters down the road where you can send your luggage in advance.

This is my second time visiting Osaka with my family. The location is very convenient. It is convenient to return after visiting Shinsaibashi. It is a little far away from the night market, but it is quiet to sleep at night without any noise. Check in and check out are all self-service, which is also very convenient and simple! Most importantly, there were three of us in the room, which was spacious, with 2 double beds, a dining table and chairs, a separate shower and toilet, and a bathroom treasure. The laundry was completely dry after leaving it on overnight. The equipment was very good, and I will definitely come again next time.
