I had a frustrating experience at this hotel. Getting inside was a nightmare - the staff kept giving me incorrect passwords for the key pickup, which wasted so much time. Once in the room, I found old, worn-out towels that didn’t feel clean. The AC was another issue, blasting cold air directly onto the bed, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Speaking of the bed, it was rock-hard, offering no comfort whatsoever. Overall, it is a disappointing stay that needs serious improvements.

Great location. Check in process is a hassle. Dont bother about whatsapp no one will reply. You need to add their line to check in.

Check-in took approximately 2 hours. The service was supposed to include cleaning, but during our 3-night stay, they didn't clean our rooms or change our towels any day. I complained to the direct contact, but they didn't respond. The room was fine, and the location is very good. I don't recommend it for the reasons mentioned above.

This accommodation is incredibly close to Tha Phae Gate, making it super convenient for exploring the area. It's also very near markets and convenience stores, which is a huge plus. Just a heads up, there's no elevator. The rooms are beautifully decorated, featuring a unique 2D art style that extends throughout the entire building and into the bedrooms.

Booked in the morning and checked in at 3 PM in afternoon the stuff was made a mistake gave my room to someone else and I agreed to stayed in single room bed as I booked for double room because I was exhausted and needed to lie down. The housekeepers was very helpful but the reception staff need to do better.

It's not very convenient if you're traveling by car. Parking was difficult to find, and we had to park quite a distance from the accommodation in a narrow alley, which made us worried about the car getting scraped. Otherwise, everything else was good.

The room is TINY and definitely not the square metres claimed. NO mini fridge. lacking a lot of things for a room.

This hotel is very good, perfect location, pretty design of rooms. I recommend this hotel to stay for a long time.
