It's a good hotel with good location. However, it's surroundings seem more preferable to Westerners than Asians.

Enjoyed the room so much that is spacious and clean. Location of the hotel is good where you can just walk around the night streets and market.

Room ‘s clean & excellent. But room condition is old & poor condition. Front desk is really helpful . Location just right in porch area, shopping, food & tourist spot. Will be back again!

The location is superb, but downside of hotel is old and and not so clean, carpet there’s a weird smell. everyday me and my friend had to kill the small flies in the room, the pool looks sad. Their so call Chocolate daily session from 4-5pm is very misleading. It states chocolate bar but it turns out to be chocolate fondue. Chiang Mai is a quiet town. Great for peaceful people and families

Booked a stay for my mum, she loves it here. It's conveniently located near shopping areas, massage services, and offers excellent service from the hotel staff.

Location is good, convenient, certain hotel staffs are friendly but not all. I would like to give compliment to one of the bell man call “M”. He is very helpful and go extra miles to assist. The pillow is very comfortable. Recommended.

The hotel is old . As soon as we entered the room we got mouldy smell. The same smell in the cupboard as well. I stayed many hotels in Chiang Mai, Movenpick was the only hotel which didn't provide the bath robe.We would get the better hotel with breakfast in the same area with the amount we paid at Movenpick. The smell in the lobby area and the room was totally different. I would give only three stars. Staffs are efficient and house keeping response was quite fast.

The hotel allows tour group to check in at 1030pm. The tour group talked loudly in the corridor and disturbed the sleep. have complained 4 times, no action is taken. the tour group continue to talk loudly. furthermore, the hotel staff is present at the floor. and did not remind the tour group that other guests needed to rest.

The room is just OK. The location is quite good and is close to the night market. The breakfast is good, too. There are many tourist groups in this hotel.
