Nicely located centre of old city as walking distance to nearby attractions. The room is spacious for solo traveller like me and the bed is comfy. The downside is the water pressure is quite low and there's no elevator as it quite difficult for family with stroller and big luggages. Overall it's a great hotel.

Location - the best if you want to enjoy Sunday Walking Street night market from the centre. Be aware that this is walk-up hotel, no lift, therefore may not suitable for those with big suitcases / elderly with mobility difficulties. Overall, recommended hotel.

Came during burning season so I wasn’t feeling great, but that’s not the hotels fault. The location is good right in the heart of Chiang Mai!

Great area! It was a few minutes walk to everything! The room was spacious and cleaned everyday 💖 The staffs there were incredibly helpful! Perfect for solo travellers or family.

The Parasol Room, strategically placed at Chiang Mai's vibrant Sunday market, offers a last-minute escape from the backpacker lodge. While the absence of windows was noted, I was pleasantly surprised to find a sliding window in the bathroom that allowed sunlight to filter through. Overall, the hotel proved to be a satisfactory choice, and I extend my gratitude to the staff for facilitating communication with the car rental company, making my stay more enjoyable.

The 2nd time that I stay here, once again great staff and comfortable accommodation. Great location!

A nice place to stay when you visit The Old City of Chiang Mai especially when you are a backpacker. A walking distance to many tourist attractions as well as night markets. The room was clean.

Nice little budget hotel strategically located in the Old City Town. Plenty of restaurants and street foods, and there are many temples around to visit. The hotel has a nice restaurant downstairs and the boss is a very nice gentleman eager to help out the hotel guests. The hotel room is also relatively large and clean. The only downside is that the hotel has no elevator. This becomes very inconvenient if your room happens to be in a high floor level.

Budget, nothing crazy but honestly not bad. Decent bathroom, bed and even has a desk in the room. No windows on the room I chose but the bathroom has a window and it’s fairly well lit. You also get a discount on their restaurant for staying in the hotel!

Although we planned to stay 2 days, we even extended up to 5 days. Really nice to stay.

First time in Chiangmai and so many places to choose from. Good location close to food, shops, things to do. Went with a friend and we took a gamble on getting two beds but we got a king instead. No big deal but if you’re specific in what you want I’d maybe book with them directly. Staff were friendly. Room was clean. The restaurant that’s attached had some really nice pizza. And I’m from NYC so that says a lot coming from me. I loved hearing the monks outside the bathroom window during the day. Very peaceful. The water does not get boiling hot like I like and sometimes it was just above cool but whattayagonnado? Room is basic but out of my two week trip around Thailand and Bali, it was the only room that had a TV with American channels. I know who watches tv on vacation? But I like to watch a little something before bed sometimes so that was nice.
