Arrived at the hotel and found the front desk staff very helpful! The check-in process was simple and easy. Wasn't expecting a deposit for the hotel, but it was easy enough. The rooms were dimly lit, but adequate. Very minimal amount of furniture in both rooms, having a desk, two twin size beds, a bathroom (shower and toilet inside sink outside). I will have to admit, the amount of wall outlets in the room was plentiful. The breakfast was minimal, and I would not recommend getting it here, toast, fried eggs, (fully automatic) coffee maker. However a fantastic quality about this hotel was their free water! They had refrigerators full of water bottles that were always stocked. On our last night, we had some sort of water problem, and it was not solved until after we left (we assume). If you're able to withstand a hostel like experience, this may be the place for you, but be forewarned, its a bit outside the city, 1.67km from Nimman Rd and its under the flight pattern for CNX so in the evening there's quite a bit of engine noise. All in all, I would give this place a 6/10, purely based on the service of the staff.

คือดูจากรูปห้องดูสว่างไสวมาก แต่พอไปถึงจริงห้องมืดมาก คิดว่าน่าจะเป็นเพราะใช้ม่านกันแสง หลังม่านตรงขอบหน้าต่างฝุ่นหนาเตอะ เลยไม่กล้ารวบม่านเพราะกลัวฝุ่นฟุ้ง เตียงมีฝุ่นๆ ขุยๆ นิดนึง น้ำไหลออกมาจากฝักบัวเบามากๆ ท่อกลิ่นแรงนิดนึง ไม่รู้ล่วงหน้าเลยว่าจะมีคนมาทำความสะอาดให้ช่วงกลางวันที่เราไม่อยู่ห้อง ก็ขอบคุณมาก แต่บอกด้วยจะดีใจมาก รู้สึกเหมือนจะเห็นหนูตัวใหญ่บริเวณถังขยะด้วย การให้บริการค่อนข้างดี เพราะต่ออินเตอร์เน็ตตามรหัสที่ติดไว้กับผนังไม่ได้ พอโทรไปถามฟร้อนก็ได้รับการช่วยเหลือจนใช้งานได้ ที่พีคคือน้ำดื่มที่มีไว้ให้ในห้องเป็นน้ำแร่ก็จริง แต่วันที่ควรบริโภคอยู่ที่ปี 2023 คิดว่าคงเป็นห้องที่ไม่ค่อยได้เปิดให้ใช้บริการ แต่ก็สมราคาดีเพราะส่วนตัวคือเปิดใช้บริการแบบฉุกเฉินมาก

Cute hotel, location is deep in an alley make it rather hard to find in nighttime and parking lot is very limit and not easy to park.
Breakfast is served in a room with warm feeling as stay at home.
Shower is broken and as upper floor is apartment sometime there is sound from the ceiling.
The best is on balcony which you can rest and have some hot drink while smoking.
Note to reader, do not smoke in the room, this place is nice and feel like home kindly keep good thing in place.

Great hotel, really enjoyed my stay here, the rooms are nice and the main courtyard hotel is well themed,
Pool is nice (could do with more chairs)
Beds are comfortable and the refillable water is cool.
Clean and well looked after hotel.
Only a few things to make the stay nicer - there's no tea or coffee in the room.
Water was warm in the shower, not hot enough to have a bath (one of the reasons I booked is for the bath tub)

Great location with lots of small cafes and restaurants nearby. Don’t bother getting the hotel breakfast as there are so many good options in the area.
It gets pretty busy and crowded at night with lots of parties going on. So if you need a peaceful zone to be a night, this would not be the place to be.
The pools on both buildings are of the same sizes with good lengths. Can’t say much about the gym thought, it’s small and poorly equipment but that’s more or less the same you get in most hotels here.
Bathroom could do with some cotton buds and it’s annoying how the wifi keeps logging out frequently and I have to re-login every few hours.

A no frills hotel nestled in the vicinity of the airport. Basic amenities are provided and the staff in the hotel is very friendly and always on standby to help. The renovated rooms are clean and cozy but the passing by of airplanes at night can be bothersome at times. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

CCharm-The positives
Service: front desk, door men etc were very friendly and polite
Location: convenient location near the airport (15 mins away), near a shopping mall, lots of food / cafes / bars / restaurants and shops nearby at the nimman area within very short walking distance
Rooms: large, spacious, free beverage per person per night, welcome rice crackers
Negatives
1. Didn’t like the dark corridors in the hotel
2. Deluxe room was VERY dim
3. Bed was too soft and flat. Bedsheets and pillows weren’t great
4. Cleanliness was an issue. The floor and carpet didn’t feel clean but the hotel provided slippers. The worst part was the shower area 😩😩🤮🤮 mould on the floor and walls, overall grimy and slimy esp at the corners. The rest of the negatives can be overlooked but not the shower area. I literally cringed and shuddered every time I had to shower. I don’t understand how it can be so dirty?! 😩
5. The light switches were a nightmare. There were many switches at the door area and bedside (like 3 switches per side) but no instructions and they didn’t follow a pattern so you would always need to try switching on and off etc all the time just to get the room totally dark but with the bedside lamp on
6. Sounds from outside the door, next room, upstairs could be heard and it was very disturbing as the noise sounded like it was next to me all the time. There were endless footstep noises from upstairs during the night and all these noises woke me up throughout my stay. I usually sleep through the night in hotels
7. My first room, the shower area had ZERO lights and I had to bathe in literal darkness. Thankfully the front desk were very quick and efficient and got me another room to move to which was thankfully very bright with working shower lights.
8. Hotel breakfast was full of carbs and the food didn’t taste fresh or great at all :( I had spent the last 3 days at another hotel in Chiang Mai so the differences in room and bfast were really stark.
Overall, for a clean freak, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. But if you can overlook the cleanliness; the location, friendliness of staff, etc are positives you can focus on. Pics attached are of two different rooms.

入住前看到上面剛剛被差評吐槽空調和服務，也很擔心空調不夠製冷，畢竟中午太熱，但是入住之後發現空調賊好，還有風扇，女生怕涼的開風扇也很夠用，一早一晚不用空調都很涼爽～
再重點誇讚洗護用品 ，我個人認為比愛馬仕和其他一些大牌洗護都好用，我準備買他們家的洗護用品回家用，洗後頭發和皮膚都非常柔軟。缺點：牙刷不太好用 太硬太大。
男朋友去健身房跑步了 我沒進去看 應該還不錯
泳池非常贊，旁邊貼心放着防曬霜和冰水，且重點來了 泳池周圍好像開了空調，還遮陽，和其他酒店露天泳池不一樣，中午去游泳照樣很舒胡～
最後讚美我大愛的早餐，我是素食者，且喜歡食生，和綠汁，這個酒店完美的超出我的期待，早餐綠汁、橄欖油浸蔬菜、水蒸蔬菜、沙拉等應有盡有，並且麪包賊好吃、小小酸奶杯也賊好吃，正常泰餐每一天不同樣的變給你做，超地道的好吃，因為用的食材和調料好，所以比外面泰餐廳要好吃很多，另外餐廳提供午餐晚餐裏有泰餐和西餐可以單點，也非常好吃。
旁邊就是白天可以逛瓦洛洛市場，晚上出來河邊走走吹風看日落，河邊還有谷歌評分很高的saiping餐吧，歌手唱歌很好聽，泰餐也正宗，但是沒酒店的好吃，附近還有幾個很棒的設計師店可以逛，晚上酒吧一條街，白天也有yoga館～
比起曼寧路，鴿子牆那邊的酒店，我最愛這裏，完全可以跟因疫情倒閉的另一個很納蘭風格的酒店dhard dhevi放在一個級別了。性價比來説就划算多了
還沒住過古蹟酒店，都不太想去嘗試了 以後來清邁肯定選這個

SSimonExcellent location all cafe and nice restaurants are walking distance. Free parking and bags storage provided for us for our 2nd visit. Hotel is doing some renovation but it did not effect us. Reception speak good English and warm welcome from them. Value for money and will visit again. Should provide some attention and concierge information at the lobby for visitors.

I found the two bathrooms very appealing along with the price per night so I decided to stay here during my trip with my parents, but there are a lot of room for improvement.
Location: 11-15 minutes away from Chiang Mai Airport so you can hear airplanes flying by in the hotel room. If you’re a light sleeper you might find discomfort staying here. There are definitely better hotels near here, personally I don’t recommend staying here. There are yummy food places near by that made up my experience here! I liked how I could walk to One Nimman & Maya to beat the heat.
Amenities: gym is pretty small, and the pool is tiny too. The pool was so warm as the water isn’t being circulated, which personally discouraged me opt out of swimming here. There were dead bugs floating around too. The pool closes from 6:30pm as there’s a small roof top bar. The gym operates from 7am to 7pm only.
Room: When I checked in, there was hair & dust on the floor. I later addressed this to the front desk the next day (we checked in the evening) & they cleaned it thankfully. The bigger issue here is a structural issue with the restroom floor. While showering, I realized that my feet were submerged in water and I was showering in a shower booth, not bath. The drainages are not working well so I had to be careful while showering because of this issue. It’s also because the water doesn’t flow to the drain fast enough and the water is just going to be all over the bathroom floor. I communicated this with the hotel staff but they just told me to shower with the drain top off but that didn’t fix the issue as I had to stop from the water overflowing by making circles on top of the drain to help the water drain out + using towels to soak the spilled out water. However, this might be a problem with just my room though. I stayed in room 502, so I hope this helps.
Service: Most staff don’t speak english fluently so it was quite difficult to communicate with them especially with my drainage problem. They’re not really welcoming but I think they are just shy because when I asked them something they looked startled and they didn’t know what to say.

La ubicación es buena ya que está dentro de la muralla y muy cerca de una de las calles principales donde podrás encontrar alquileres de motos, cafés, lavanderías etc
La habitación es espaciosa y el baño también, estaba limpia y nos pusieron botellas de agua cada día en el mini bar.
Hay una piscina al entrar al hotel y está bien ya que es suficiente para refrescarte de las altas temperaturas.
El personal es amable y te recomiendan cosas que hacer en tu estancia en la ciudad.
Quizás es preferible una habitación que se encuentre en el piso alto ya que la nuestra estaba en el bajo y se oían ruidos.
Tienen desayuno disponible a parte de la tarifa .
Nos dejaron dejar las maletas después del check out.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was situated less than 10 mins from 2 of the night markets. Its in a quiet environment and there is a 7-11 just opposite of it. So the stay was good and convenient at the same time. The reception all can speak simple English so communication was easy. The environment was clean also.

LLjordanB2 Suthep was a pleasant stay for 3 days. Accessible pool, large room, and decent storage. Limited on the amenities sides of things. No restaurant or cafe open. Some tlc in some places would give this the boost it needs. Altogether, it was nice and a healthy price.
