Hotel berhampiran Wat Muen Nguen Kong, Chiang Mai

Hotel is unfortunately not well taken care of. They are doing maintenance so maybe in the near future will be better. Service is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious. For the price and location it is hard to find anything better in the old city.

Excellent hotel highly recommend, the staff was friendly, location was perfect super close to both the Saturday and Sunday night market. Room was clean and spacious. All amenities needed was provided only hair conditioner isn’t. TV had an extensive options and channels. Elevator is available in the premises. The only con I would find was the fridge wasn’t cold and the breakfast area had to go up a flight of stairs from a separate entrance outside the main entrance.

Our stay at Pran was pretty disappointing. The location is great to stay out of the madness of the city, but after booking because of positive reviews we were really disappointed. We asked the staff about laundry as it was listed in the services offered, but they said they “do not do that”. Unbothered we asked if they knew somewhere close we could go and in response we were told to “use google”. One evening when coming back we were confronted by the owner in front of other guests for not having breakfast and telling us she didn’t know who we were even though we had met her earlier that day. Despite letting ourselves in with the key card she also stood in our way asking if we had a room number and why we weren’t on her WhatsApp…. When we were. Overall the stay was pretty uncomfortable - maybe that’s just because we’re really not Bed & Breakfast type people. If that’s what you’re searching for this might be the place for you, but it wasn’t for us.

Great location for exploring downtown / old town, right next to the entry of a temple Phaya Yakkharaj (Southern Pavillion) and many other sights. On sundays you‘ve a huge night market right in front of your door step, so make sure you’re going to stay over the weekend. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Room amenities and the entire minibar incl. Snake is refilled daily free of charge. Furthermore there‘s a afternoon tea time with additional free snacks and drinks. Just the breakfast selection could be a bit wider. Especially when you have your breakfast close to closure (10:30am), you might be disappointed as not much will be refilled after 10am. The room are spacious and well equipped, my kids and I had 2303 & 2302. Just a proper hair drier is need, not this built in useless blowers we all know and hate to use. Also the provided pillows are ultra hard and high, so you may request for a extra soft feather pillow or neck support pillow if needed, which will be provided by the hotel staff / housekeeping. Hotel pool area is clean and well maintained! All over a great place to stay with reasonable pricing and great service!

Hotel di tengah-tengah bandar Chiang Mai Bersebelahan dengan jalan parit dalam. Bertentangan dengan Hospital Chiang Mai Ram berdekatan Terdapat restoran berdekatan, mudah untuk berjalan kaki, tetapi tempat letak kereta agak terhad. Pada waktu malam anda boleh meletak kenderaan di tepi jalan. Puncaknya selesa. Ada lif. Biliknya cukup luas. Terdapat bilik air yang besar dan menyediakan syampu, sabun, tuala, air minuman, dan pakaian secara proporsional. Terdapat kawasan di sebelah dinding untuk menyidai pakaian. Tetapi tidak ada peti sejuk. Secara keseluruhannya ia berbaloi. Berbaloi dengan harga dan lokasi ❤️

Great hotel, honestly the most comfy bed I have stayed in during my time in Thailand. Loved the big pillows. The staff are super friendly and I found it a great location to be able to walk to the temples and cafes and co working nearby.

Hotel ini terletak bersebelahan dengan parit bandar, lokasi yang baik, mudah untuk keluar masuk, terdapat tempat letak kereta disediakan. Saya mendaftar masuk pada waktu petang dan suasana di tingkat bawah agak sunyi. Biliknya luas dan bersih.

Moreover, we were delighted to find ourselves just 5 minutes away from the bustling walking markets, immersing ourselves in the vibrant local culture and flavors. As we took leisurely strolls around the area, we were delighted to find that the enchanting old town was merely a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Exploring the historical sites and charming streets became a daily ritual, and we cherished every moment of it. One aspect that stood out for us was the hotel's tranquil setting on a quiet road, surrounded by locals. The sense of safety and peace added to the overall serenity of the place, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. Our stay at Le Ville Lanna Boutique Hotel has truly been one of the best experiences we've had in Chiang Mai. We are already eagerly planning our next visit, as we can't wait to relive the wonderful memories and create new ones in this extraordinary haven. First time in Chiang Mai and chose to stay at this hotel due to the good reviews. The rooms are big and spacious, with a huge bathroom and complimentary bottles of water every day. Far away from the main area so quiet, but did mean that we had to take a Grab for most of the places we want to go as it’s about a 15 min walk just to the start of the old town through a residential area with not much else going on. Great Khao Soi restaurant 10 mins away from the hotel though with a Big C supermarket next door.

Another stay here, 2 nights over 2 separate bookings due to CM being pretty full over Chinese New Year. A different room but still the great standards. Immaculately clean, good shower, aesthetically good room and quiet. Close by to many of CM attractions. Staff are super friendly and helpful, just ask. If you are sitting on the fence about booking, just book, you will not have any regrets.  Hopefully I will still be able to book at their great rates in the future after this review
