Hotel berhampiran Akha Baptist Church of Chiang Rai, Chiang Rai

It’s a nice hotel with lots of room. The room was quite large and clean. The day bellboy was extremely helpful and friendly! Thank you for making our trip memorable! The restaurant next to the hotel ( based around Monet’s garden) was lovely! Excellent food and presentation. The location is ok, as it’s easy to get around. It’s a quiet location about a 10 minute walk to night markets and bars, as there’s nothing near the hotel. I recommend to hire a car at the airport to make it easier to get around. We visited Doi Tung gardens in the mountains. The white temple was magnificent. Also the Blue Temple. The breakfast was the letdown. I request that the hotel please improve this. The hot foods were going cold as the heat had expired ( fire heat underneath) and the coffee was cold by the time I got to it 15 minutes before breakfast closed. Please address this issue! People don’t want cold coffee or cold “hot” food! I asked for information about places to visit and how to get there, but the hotel has no maps or brochures. It might be an idea to try and get these? Print them free from internet? No charge to hotel. The location is nice and quiet and there’s plenty of room to park. The air conditioning is perfect, and the controls work perfectly. Thank you Sann Hotel staff for an excellent and memorable stay. Please fix up the breakfast issue.

ที่พักดีมาก สะอาด ห้องเล็กกะทัดรัด เหมาะสำหรับ การเข้าพัก แบบ เช้าออกเที่ยว และ เย็นกลับมาอาบน้ำ นอน พักผ่อน หรือ ท่องราตรี ในเขตเมืองเชียงราย ตัวโรงแรมมีที่จอดรถเยอะ และ อยู่ในย่านใจกลางเมือง ใกล้แหล่งของกินมากมาย ทั้ง 7-11 ร้านยา ร้านอาหาร และ วัดดังๆ ของเมืองเชียงราย ที่สำคัญถ้าเข้าพัก วันเสาร์ สามารถเดินไปถนนคนเดินได้ง่ายๆ ไม่ไกล สะดวก และ แนะนำครับ ในห้องแอร์เย็นทั้งคืน น้ำฝักบัวไหลแรง น้ำอุ่นทำงานดี ทีวีจอใหญ่ มีช่องให้เลือกดูเยอะ

What a stunning hotel. The rooms were clean and beautiful with all the amenities we needed as a family. Each and every one of the hotel staff were helpful and lovely. The only thing that wasn’t in use was the pool which was a disappointment as it was undergoing some maintenance work however this is NOT the fault of the hotel but our booking provider that failed to advertise this information on their booking website. Overall a good experience and would highly recommend for families.

Très bon établissement. Super rapport qualité prix, excellent petit déjeuner et un personnel adorable. Nous y avons passé deux nuits. Le personnel est très disponible et très à l'écoute. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et les plats sont délicieux

Very nice stay. We were put on the back rooms which before we’re not as nice of rooms but to my surprise they were renovated and are very nice. It is more quiet back there and now much nicer rooms than before. The pool was excellent

Quite so so. Budget hotel indeed. It’s ok for a night but quite spooky. The ceiling are not fixed. Overall, it’s ok for that price but not recommended.

The room that we booked was cleaned but unfortunate that the smell was not good, but Khun Ice receptionist was super helpful and move us to another room. We have impressed the service and concept of eco friendly of this hotel a lot. We can refill our water at the hallway. Unfortunate again the room and the hotel is not yet ready to accommodate due to most of the rooms and facilities still under renovation such as the swimming pool, gym, and rooms that not yet finished. We would love to stay here again once they are ready with full service.

Good experienced - new facility - big room (family room) with 1 queen size bed + 1 bed (3'), - 1 big sofa (L shape) - 1 big smart tv (42”, I guess) - good high speed wifi (download approx 350-380 mbps which is really nice for gaming/streaming/watching) But few things you might need to consideration - small toilet and not much shelf space inside - no breakfast (but it's ok, we can find the breakfast outside which is fine) WORTH YOUR MONEY! next time for visiting Chiang Rai, I'll choose this hotel again

ข้อดี - พนักงานบริการดีมาก - ตึกใหม่ ห้องใหม่ - ที่จอดรถเยอะ ข้อเสีย - ห้องทีพักห้องแรกแอร์เหม็นอับมากและมีน้ำแอร์หยดตลอดเวลา แจ้งพนักงานก็ได้เปลี่ยนห้องให้ใหม่ - ห้องใหม่ดีหมดแต่คีย์การ์ดที่ให้มาไม่สามารถเปิดประตูได้ทั้ง 2 ใบ พนักงานพยายามแก้ไขก็เข้าห้องไม่ได้ สุดท้ายพนักงานให้มาสเตอร์คีย์การ์ดมาใช้งานถึงเข้าห้องได้ปกติ
