Family suite is huge and there’s 3 toilets in total, which was unexpected. Breakfast was tasty. Plenty of parking space. Overall a very peaceful, comfy stay.

This accommodation is pretty 🤩 good . It does worth what you pay 💰. I do recommend this hotel if you plan to come to the north of Thailand.

First room I checked into was moldy and the curtains showed it was bad. Pic is below. They changed me to a room that needed service for the water gun. Finally got into 3rd room and it was ok. But still slightly smell of mold. Bed is hard for me no side sleeping.

Everything was very good and I am very grateful to the hotel and the staff, but the pillows were too soft and my neck ached after them, and the Wi-Fi was completely bad in room No. 2208, I could not work remotely, unfortunately, plus I heard my noisy Chinese neighbors at 6 in the morning from the next room through the connecting doors, and could not sleep sometimes

Very nice place to stay, so chilly and relaxing. If you want to have silence this is the best place to stay. There are only sounds of the birds and the river. Wonderful!
Rooms are big, with a balcony front to the river.
The only minus for me was a mattress on the bed. It was too hard for me. I have problem with my back and on this bad I slept not so good, waking u with a pain in my back.😏
Beside this, everything was amazing. 😌

The hotel is inside Chiang Rai city hall which has a park and football field. I enjoy the walk around the city hall which is just outside/next to the hotel. The environment is good. They turn on the lights for safety until 5.30 am, which gives me a safe feeling. Love it and would recommend

Great experience and great seevice. Super comfortable beds and the balconies look out into beautiful open space. If you want to see more of the area you can take one of their bikes to explore the estate.
Town is 20 minutes away at most and taxis are available.

I can say this is the BEST option for value of money in Chiang Rai.
1. Good service - Smooth check-in service upon check-in & friendly staffs around hotels, especially housekeeping service girl in building 2.
2. Nice breakfast - Local food selection with some fresh vegies and fried eggs. Not really lot of options as we pay only 1000+ THB for the daily room price, so I think its worth.
3. Location - Not really far from the city center, the clock tower of Chiang Rai, like 10 mins drive as we rent on our own car. But whole hotel is located by the river, so much silent and good to rest after a long day travel.
4. Room- Spacious and I do super much love the balcony and its so relaxing to sit on balcony and see the greenery view by the river.
5. Guest - Also see lots of Korean/Taiwan guests also staying in this hotel.
Overall, its a good option for you to stay, if go for a silent place by the river and NOT at high price, so this is a good option.
